Can't lie these are very good with the sound, nice deep bass really lights up a living room with sound! Only knock is I bought it open box and the rear speakers don't work

Surround sound is really crisp and back speakers are wireless. The only problem is trying to hide the power cords but the rear speakers have 3 speakers and sound great. The bass tube is not a deep as my Bose system. When you play music loud this system is clear and sounds good just wish I could boost the bass even more. Overall no wires only power cords, good crisp sound, we use it all the time for tv and music. I would rate between 4 and 5 stars. For the price I would like better bass and maybe longer power cords for the rear speakers.

Great sound and price, but I ended up with the Samsung 930D for $100 more. I didn't want the wires connected to my rear speakers, so I stepped up

Amazing system once hooked up. But I noticed a lot more imperfections than described in 6 for Open-box Excellent Condition. I would say it's more of a Fair-Condtion. Otherwise, product is exactly what i wanted for my samsung home.

Firstly the unit came in an open box from a major freight company and I was worried parts would be missing or damaged but luckily the box was just damaged and open and all components were in tact. I’ve been an avid soundbar user for about ten years trying out many different configurations with movies or my playlist. As Dolby Atmos becomes more available in media (also called spatial sound) it’s cool to see how the newer speakers perform this function. The Atmos sound is vertical meaning upwards firing speakers where you should hear rain coming down or a lighting strike etc. With a soundbar the channels are separated however this is very hard to do because the speakers are all together in the actual soundbar. Honestly I have not heard a good representation of Atmos on one speaker but Samsung did a great job on this. The speaker is beautiful and looks awesome on the stand. The sound is crisp and clear in both movies and on music streaming apps etc. The sub performs flawlessly and rattles the floor and I love it. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because the rear channels have to have speaker wire to the connecting box which is ok because it’s close HOWEVER I don’t want any speaker wire for a soundbar type system and I just wonder why the sub connects wirelessly but the surrounds need speaker wire. Overall this system is awesome and provides a movie theater experience and I would recommend to anyone who is on the fence.

Good sound. Good value at a black friday price. initially wasnt connecting to the back speakers. It took many attempts to connect, but has been fine since. Remote is a bit cryptic. Could be better. Soundbar display is minimal, too minimal. Doesnt shine at anything when compared to higher end models, but is a few steps up in sound quality, clarity, and connectivity from cheap systems.

This is a really good speaker system for an open floorplan type of living room which is what i have. Soundbar and sub-woofer provide a really good sound experience. base from the woofer is powerful. Surround sound is also really great. i am giving it 4 stars only because rear speakers get disconnected sometimes and required some troubleshooting to setup.

Great sound quality especially for the price. Love how this makes the size of our TV worth it with incredible matching sound! First movie watched on this was the original Top Gun and I was blown away by the soundtrack. The only drawback would be that the rear speakers connect with wires as opposed to being Bluetooth capable.

If its so great, then why didd I give it 4 stars? Because the set up is ANNOYING. Got this as an upgrade from a 2 channel sounbar & subwoofer that was ok on my 2014 LED Samsung to go with my new S95C OLED. Had to download the user manuel. Could not get the subwoofer and rear speakers to sync for the longest time. Apparently...an "up" caret on the remote no longer means UP! The remote doesn't have much, if any, explaination so I had been pressing the wrong thing to enter ID sync. Was going to repack and return as I thought it was defective. Second issue is the right rear speaker seems to lose sound from time to time. BUT...overall, its a decent set. I purchased an excellent condition open box unit so saved a little but I really wonder how many have been returned as "defective" because they too were pressing the wrong thing. SMH...

This speaker system delivers incredible sound! Movies with Dolby Atmos feel just like a theater experience. However, I decided to return it since I preferred wireless rear speakers and ultimately went with the HW-930D, which also offers amazing quality.

sound was good, good quality overall. HDMI connection wasn't reliable. maybe have been due to unit being open box deal.

sound great and the installation was easy. i wish the two-side speaker was wireless Bluetooth

Sound is amazing, great addition to the Samsung OLED TV. Very easy hook-up. The rear speakers have a wireless hub you plug in however you have to connect wires from the hub to each rear speaker which isn’t true wireless in my eyes. Overall thumbs up!

Easy to setup and works flawless and automatically connects with a Samsung TV using Bluetooth. The Bluetooth is not automatic when you use it with an LG TV, but still great sound nonetheless.

Sound is great, but I haven't connected the 2 rear speakers yet. They are not truly wireless speakers. They must be wired to a wireless hub.

I samsung soundbar is nice system and works great for me. If you have a samsung phone you can control the system with your phone. The movies sounds great. I got a great buy and best buy was very helpful in the process. The only reason for 4 stars was to get full benefit of the soundbar is you need a samsung tv. Buy it was a great buy.

For a year I got nothing out of the subwoofer. I finally went back to Best buy and they sent someone out and he fixed my problem. It turns out I needed to have the HDMI cord go from my Xbox to the sound bar instead of to the TV. Since then yes it's a really good system. The woofer kicks the surround sound is pretty amazing. It's the side sound that is the best on it.

If you're looking for high end theater sound, this is not for you. However, if you're looking for an easy way to improve your tv sound, this product does very well. The surround sound speakers are effective in producing a surround sound experience, but the entire system is limited when it comes to setting independent channels. For a soundbar with a sub and surround sound, I am happy with this sound improvement and minimal eye sore found with multiple products required to produce exceptional sound.

The setup was very easy and quick. The sound is really nice with good base. I like the clear vocals option so I don't miss lines all the time. Works with my LG tv well
