Completely misrepresented tried returning was attacked by security guards and treated like trash management did NOT intervene in fact made situation worse. Call and formally filed a complaint. NEVER HEARD BACK. Had to buy another phone and will urge anybody I know not to support such lack of customer service and profiling.

The phone looked brand new and it worked alright for about a week then it really started to slow down and would freeze and shut down unexpectedly even though there was plenty of storage left then about 2 to 3 weeks the phone would say it was charging but wouldnt show a percentage and wouldnt turn on it hasnt worked since

The camera is worse than that on my 7 y/o iphone. It can't respond to individual text bubbles. You can't see what text your friends are responding to. It takes 20 seconds to open even the most basic app. I have to call a 1-803 # to hear my voicemail. It doesn't support the app for my baby monitor.It can't scan qr codes, or use tap at a register. Even the phone function is spotty and unreliable. Basically unusable.

I am highly disappointed, it is a poor performance phone. I didnt know they still made phones like this one. Cant get a signal, slow, freezes, connection is terrible. I broke my previous phone and needed one immediately and got this one,never again

I took this unlocked phone to the phone store to have service turned on and the phone store is telling me that they cannot use this phone because there is a lot placed by AT&T. How can you advertise that you’re selling an unlocked phone that isn’t truly unlocked. And because of my schedule, I missed my chance to return the phone to the store by one day and they won’t accept it back.

This phone sucks..its super slow processing and randomly shuts down..PLUS BEST BUY LIED ABOUT THE FREE APPLE MUSIC AND TV SUBSCRIPTION WITH PURCHASE..should have just took the 100 hit for a better more up to date phone.

Not a great phone, bought it to use with a sim card from another country, but the phone is slow and sloppy, would not recommend. Even using onlu wifi the phone is super slow and non responsive. Maybe im just used to the iphone

Understood I was buying a used model, but the phone is extremely laggy, shuts off randomly, and shouldn’t have been sold.

Despite being marked as refurbished, the phone has poor battery life, and markedly decline performance.

It not comparable with AT&T. Now I have to return it. But it a nice phone.

I didn't even have the phone for 30 days, and the screen went black. Lesson learned do not buy pre-owned phones!

Best Buy shipped me a cracked screen phone that won't turn on. Best Buy should be ashamed of themselves for selling junk like this to anyone

This phone its so slow! That it even missed 1/2 mile telling me to make a right while using the GPS!
