Delivery s*cked. Kept getting notifications that the item was in St Louis (I am 4 hours away), and it didn't change. Not for 1 day, not for 2 days, not for 3 days, not for 4 days... And the worst part - which is why this rating is so low - Best Buy DIDN'T CARE !!! No notices from them - nothing indicating - "hey your package is delayed", or "we're looking into this for you", or - "sorry - you were promised this 4 days ago - let's make it right for you". I had to deal with it myself. Best Buy needs to work on its back end and tracking, IMO.

I did not receive the product and tried to contact helpdesk. Its a big hassle getting helpdesk to get a resolution
