It was my best purchase of this year, it came in perfect codition and everything working fine. I enjoy taking pictures and watching videos with it. Totally recommended.

Fed ex made a good product bad .. they left it on back of a car of my neighbors and they took off didn't realize it and it was damaged. I've tried to contact them about it by internet in email, but nothing has been done to make it right, can't believe they put it on the back of a car.

I've been so upset about this purchase that I kept hoping I would get over it without having to write a review. But it still bothers me and literally keeps me awake at night. I found this refurbished phone at what seemed like a great price through a third-party seller on Best Buy's website. The listing said "Quantity Left: 1," so I felt pressured to buy it before someone else did. Even though I wasn't quite ready to switch phone carriers yet, I figured I could buy it now and use it later when I moved to Xfinity Mobile. I wanted to finish out my service with my current provider first and avoid any activation fees or other issues. About three months later, I switched to Xfinity Mobile and activated the phone. Soon after, I started noticing dropped calls, weak signal strength, and areas where I had little to no service. At first, I thought the issue was with Xfinity, so I went to them for help. After troubleshooting, they determined that the problem wasn't their service—it was the phone itself. The device had a faulty internal antenna. I then contacted Best Buy, but they wouldn't help because the phone was sold by a third-party seller through their website. Next, I contacted the company that sold me the phone, but they refused to do anything because the 90-day warranty period had expired. I never imagined I would need to thoroughly test a refurbished phone immediately after purchasing it, especially when I wasn't planning to use it right away. As a result, I ended up losing all the money I spent on the device. Buyer beware when purchasing refurbished products from third-party sellers on Best Buy's website.

I bought 2 of these to basically use as a portable camera on a piece of my equipment for my optometry business. The camera works great. One of the cameras were in great physical condition, with one of them having some edge wear at the bottom. Both charge great, one of the batteries drains faster than the others. I will probably buy from again.

Got phone in good condition. Battery life kinda lower than expected. But over all almost brand new. Small scuf but doesnt matter to me.
