I bought this case because it has a slot on the side for the S-Pen. I love the silicone grip from this case and the slot keeps your S-Pen in place as well. The only drawback to this case is that having the S-Pen slot on the side of the case makes this case VERY WIDE. The S21 Ultra is already a huge phone but adding even more width to it makes it very hard to hold naturally. I have big hands and its still not comfortable to hold. I ended up buying a phone case with a slot for the S-Pen on the back of the phone. The only problem with this is that now wireless charging doesn’t work because the phone doesn’t sit flush against the wireless charger. So if you want an S21 Ultra case with a S-Pen holder you have to deal with a very wide phone if you get the holder on the side. Or you have to deal with losing wireless charging if you get the holder on the back. I chose to give up wireless charging because i prefer ergonomics over this. That's my S21 Ultra case story. Thanks for reading.

Thrilled to have a surprise when I opened the box. They actually included the pen with the case! Mind blown, especially as i had erroneously purchased one separately i was so sure that they would not be including it. Thanks Samsung as always my go to for most things tech.

I haven't used this case yet, as im still waiting on my phone to arrive in the mail but just looking at the case, it looks cool it also comes with an s-pen to hook onto the side of the case. Although it is a bit bulky and wide I'm sure I'll get use to it overtime. I'm not sure i would use this as my everyday phone case, hence, i mentioned it is bulky and the s21 ultra is already 6.8" so it would make the phone look huge with the case on.

Very nice, good grip. Has protected phone fairly well but corners do where out over time. Ive had mine for a year and it only just started to wear out. Unfortunately, does not protect screen at all. Dropped on screen and it cracked because the case does no provide enough of a barrier between screen and surface of impact. The stylus is great, still works and just about never falls out!

While the addition of the S Pen is wonderful, the case becomes slightly wider and clunkier. It's not a big deal after a while, however I wish more cases thqt supported the S Pen would be out, not a fan of the silicone case due to the material, if it wasn't silicone deffo 5/5. Waiting on the S Pen Flip cover to test that one out as well.

I bought the case for $28, so that might affect my review. Fits the phone well, and the pen stays in even after a drop. Buttons feel nice. Only problems are the durability isnt excellent and the case kind of sticks to my pockets. I had no problem getting used to the extra width of the phone. S Pen also came included so that was cool

The quality is good, and I think it is a good value considering it comes with the S-pen. It is a plain and functional case. The silicone is tacky enough to improve my grip on the phone, but not so sticky that i have trouble sliding into my pockets. It holds onto the pen very well, I have dropped the phone several times from about waist height and the pen has never dislodged.

Samsung has made a serviceable phone case with some impressive packed-in features in the form of the S Pen, but with several caveats ... While I'm admittedly late to using any sort of stylus/pen in a digital environment and have no way of comparing apples to oranges, Samsung's S Pen is impressive. I was completely flabbergasted as to how it even worked and doing some quick online sleuthing revealed the S Pen pulls it's power from the S21 Ultra itself from behind the phone's display via a "a circuit board, a grid of coils, and a magnetic reflector" which generates an electromagnetic field and combined with another coil housed within the S Pen essentially completes a "circuit" of communication between phone and pen. It's simple in concept and the buddy-buddy nature of the two working in tandem is executed very well. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- S Pen Positives: The pressure sensitivity is dynamic when utilizing some baked-in Samsung coloring/drawing apps so you really do feel like you can be as nuanced in your hand motions as you'd like. While I have not used the Pen in more heavy-handed (hyuck hyuck) apps like mobile variants of Adobe programs, I'm confident the level of fidelity you're offered will translate well and this is with even having a screen protector on the phone's display. Using the S Pen for jotting down notes versus just typing or verbally annotating is an exercise in forcing yourself to break habits, but it's functional and will be a god-send to somebody, somewhere even if it's not my normal use-case. It's snappy, it's responsive, and to rip off Apple, "it just works." S Pen Negatives: While I could continue to sing the praises of the S Pen (and I most definitely recommend you get one even if for the novelty of having a cool piece of tech), I do find myself accidently pressing the button on the pen numerous times. Now this may be user-error and I just need to adapt to holding it differently, but it can be obnoxious and I haven't decided if I get annoyed with myself or the S Pen yet so your mileage may vary. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Silicone Case Positives: It's a case for your phone! It's a silicone phone case! It feels like silicone! These are good things because it is and does what it's name is. It definitely has that silicone feel with it's inherent matted, yet smooth grip for your hands so it never feels slick or that I'm teetering on the edge of dropping my phone. It's a thinner case so I'm not 100% confident in it's ability to protect my phone, but given it's material, it'll likely act as shock absorption and as long as you're not dropping from other-than-normal heights, you should be fine (not willing to test that theory intentionally however). The side buttons on the case for your phone aren't so thick they require you to exert more effort than normal to press the side buttons which is welcome and appreciated. The hardest-feeling portion is the housing for the S Pen on the side and it's pretty snug. I don't foresee the S Pen accidently coming out at any point. Silicone Case Negatives: It's a silicone case. THIS. THING. LOVES. LINT. I suppose an extra bonus positive is the fact my pockets have never been cleaner because this thing absolutely loves fabric, errant hairs, skin flakes, dust, or whatever other tiny particles that reside within. Given the sort of gun metal black color the case has, dust and other assorted particulates become readily apparent visually and is an eyesore. Before you say, "well, just wash your clothes better," do me a favor, and put your hand in your pocket, pinch the inside of the pocket lining it with your fingers, and pull them out. If you look, you'll likely have several incredibly small bits of fabric or remnants of whatever. Sure, it may not seem like a lot of particles now, but putting your phone in your pocket, pulling it out, putting it back in, rinse, wash, and repeat over the course of the day adds up. Finally, the weakest part of the case structurally is just above the USB-C port between the port and the screen. It's incredibly flimsy feeling and I feel it'd be a matter of time before it inevitably breaks, but that could be an assumption on my end as I don't know the integrity of silicone. Mine hasn't broken yet, but we shall see. -------------------------------------------------------------- Conclusion: Scoring this purchase is a bit difficult as this is a combo review of two distinct caliber of product. I adore the S Pen, but the case needs some material revisions or perhaps some different colors so lint/dust aren't so readily apparent. The price of entry is right at $70 and while I feel like the S Pen is definitely worth $50+ to me just based on the sheer enjoyment I get out of it, the case definitely leaves much to be desired. S Pen - 4.5/5 Silicone Case - 2.5 As contradictory as it may be, I'd still recommend this even with roughly a 3.5/5 score if you're wanting an S Pen and need a handy place to put your S Pen on your phone, but you can absolutely buy the S Pen separate vice this specific combo case

I absolutely love this pen! I've never used anything like this before, so when i saw the case on sale after hearing my son describe his, i thought"why not try it"? Best thing ever! I'm learning to use it for notes, I've mastered games lol, and I'm only getting started learning to use it. Imagine when I'm a pro! i highly recommend this to anyone thinking about it, no matter what is used for!

I got this case when I purchased my Samsung S21 iphone in 2021 and It's still looking good and holding up very well after 2 years!! Having the S pen attach to the case is so handy! No digging around my purse to find it and I haven't lost my S pen once! I love this case. This case has been well worth every penny I spent on it!!

This is a sleek and protective case that is designed to accommodate the S Pen. The case is made of high-quality silicone that is resistant to smudges and fingerprints, and offers a stylish look and feel. The S Pen slot on the side of the case is a convenient feature that allows for easy access to the S Pen. However, the case is very wide due to the S Pen slot, which can make it difficult to hold. Would say its not very durable and can rip easily. Overall, the Samsung Silicone S Pen Case for Galaxy S21 Ultra is an okay option for those who want a protective case that accommodates the S Pen. I would option to pay more for a better case.

Samsung made a nice case here. I like the soft silicone they utilized provides a good grip and nice feel, and the case just pairs well with the S21 Ultra in terms of aesthetic. The S-Pen imo is awesome, no it doesn't have Bluetooth, but compared to my Note 10+ S-Pen it's just more feasible imo. The pen fits great in big hands, and it just makes it much easier to actually write on the screen. However, the one downside I might have with this case is the screen protection, and from what I can tell it doesn't have much of a raised lip, the only real raised part is the left hand side where S-Pen holder is.

Love this new cover. It's smooth to the touch and light weight. It included the pen, which I didn't realize when I ordered it. Not too thick and the buttons are easy to push, unlike another cover I had bought. Highly recommend. Can't see any negatives.

I love this pen! I don't have to worry about fat finger typing. The additional scribble and note features were a nice surprise! It's so easy to use, very precise and it tucks neatly away on the side of the phone.
