I love the actual monitor for the size clarity and ease of adjustment. My problem is that the webcam and usb port on back of pc do not work, I did buy this open box, but the condition said Excellent Geek Squad Certified. I have done all updates restarted etc to no avail. I did not have enough to buy the 80 dollar protection plan which is also why I had to buy open box, so when I try to get support they want me to pay, this is how they sent it to me, why do I have to pay!! I went to Samsung and they verified my purchase and gave me a limited warranty, which is basically sms assistance, looks like I am going to just buy a cheap webcam and be done with all the run around I am getting

I wanted a larger monitor with built in sound and camera. A week after my purchase the price dropped $100, I ended up buying a new PC because the one I had the graphics card would not support this monitor. Graphics are nice! I still cannot get the built in web cam to work and Samsung support really provides none. So this was an expensive lesson just to get a bigger better monitor.

Wonderful screen but terrible camera. Attempted to return and couldn’t because I was out of the office with a medical condition and when I finally returned and unboxed, the camera didn’t work. This makes telehealth difficult. Upon a months worth of calls and a shipment back to the company, I finally got a new one that works. Disaster

I purchased both this and the Samsung Odyssey OLED ultrawide and I ended up keeping this monitor as I use it more for work than for gaming and I did not want to risk the burn in on the OLED. This monitor is much thicker than the Odyssey OLED and definitely not as crisp, however it is also significant cheaper. The webcam does not add much value for me. You need windows 11 to use it and it has poor quality and you can't angle the camera in anyway, so you might want to opt for the cheaper version which does not include the webcam. Otherwise I love this monitor, great value and perfect for an office setup.

I got this monitor openbox from BB in May 2024. The LCD went out in December 2024 and Samsung repaired it under warranty. Now, in June 2025, the monitor no longer powers on—1 month after the 12-month warranty expired. The estimated repair from Samsung is $330. From my view, BB and Samsung are at fault.

Less than two years after I purchased the monitor, the back lights on the left side have failed. Poor lifetime for an expensive product.

Got for my manager so she could split screen QuickBooks and the management software. She also zoom calls every month with her management group. She seems to like it.

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my wife who replaced two separate monitors with this one and uses it with her Macbook Pro. Great colors and contrast and was easily connected. She loves it!

Bought this monitor 6 months ago. Watched the screen crack in front of me. Called Samsung and they told me I did physical damage to the unit. I literally haven't touched this monitor since I bought it. Don not recommend Samsung or this cheaply constructed monitor
