Really disappointed with this purchase. After spending a couple of hrs saving some personal information from my old pc as a back up, when I pull out the usb came apart. I really did not expect something like this in a product from this brand especially a product that was purchased at Best Buy.

I bought this drive so I could have a new USB 3.0 drive to use for transferring files between my PS4, laptop, and desktop PC. It had more storage than my previous drive and was faster to boot, so I was optimistic that it would deliver. Unfortunately, I was shipped a damaged drive that was rendered useless. From the looks of it, it looked like someone took a set of pliers and clamped down on the drive, damaging both the plastic shell and the USB connector that was inside. This was very disappointing, as I've had good experiences with SanDisk's other products, so to receive a product that seemed to have been deliberately tampered with was disappointing. I'm unsure as to whose fault it was that the drive arrived in that condition, but I advise caution when purchasing this drive.

Bought this item a few days ago so I can use it to install windows on a new computer build as well as installing new drivers. The package said it was a 64gb drive and on the back of the drive it says 64gb but when I plug it into the computer it only shows 32gb. I paid expecting a 64gb flash drive but instead got half the expected storage size.

My over all experience was great, The sles person was very knowledgable and was very helpful in all aspects of me gaining acsess to all the items picutres that I needed. My husband had just passed and i needed copies of a another items so I could have them.

I've tried to use this in my car stereo but my car stereo couldn't read my music files. I've tried reformatting in many ways without success. I've tried NFTS, FAT32, and exFat. I have other flash drives from other manufacturers that work but this one would not. I called tech support and they couldn't help. One technician said that their flash drives were only meant for computers and not cars. Yet, I've been able to use their other flash drives in my car. Go figure.

Plugged it in and moved some files to it. Went back a week later to get one of the files and the stupid drive is already totally dead and unreadable in any device.

I purchased this one with a black one. Both were extremely slow to transfer image files. Compared it to a 128GB USB 3 Sandisk flash drive I purchased elsewhere, speeds on this one was abysmal. Hours to move a few GB. Returned to BB, they asked no questions, just refunded the money. Never thought I would find a fake USB flash drive locally, but I guess it happens.

A very good fast usb flash drive. However it's very difficult to plug into a port because the entire drive keeps collapsing on itself. It won't lock open with the port extended. I ended up throwing mine in the trash.

Hi, we appreciate your feedback regarding this USB Drive. These USB Drives have a retractable USB slider mechanism. The slider should lock itself when the USB connector is all the way out so that it can be easily connected to a USB port. When not in use, you can slide it back to the closed position, protecting the USB connector from any bumps and knocks that it might otherwise be subjected to. I returned mine as the transfer speeds were below USB 2 speeds. It is supposed to be USB 3, but I believe this one was a fake. Best Buy returned my money no questions asked. I mentioned this to the sales person, they didn't blink, as if it could have happened in the past. Too bad.
