How do you use this mount with the Epson Home Cinema 3010?It is stated in a previous response from "Sanus Support" that the VisionMount works with the Epson Home Cinema 3010, so I purchased this mount accordingly. However, I have found that the mounting holes on the projector are wider than the regular arms can reach, so it seems that 4 extension arms would be needed and yet the mount only comes with 2 extension arms. How does one make the VisionMount work with the projector using the only parts included in the box?
Answered by SanusStaffPlease email info@sanus.com and request two part #8 extender brackets for the VMPR1 with your address and we can send you these parts no charge - Scott
Will the mount work with Epson 3010?WIll this work out of the box, or will I need any additional parts to be ordered? I have an epson 3010.
Answered by SanusStaffIf your projector is a Powerlite home cinema 3010 then it should work out of the box with no additional parts needed.
I was sold a VP1 Sanus Universal Projector Mount with the Optoma HD20 projector that I bought. I can not see how the three screw config. can work.I have called the support line and was advised that "they do not see that model listed", however the below post states that the SANUS Universal mount will work with the Optoma HD20. Could you please clarify.
Answered by SanusStaffThe VP1 is compatible with this projector but you will need to remove one leg from the main plate so there are three left, adjust the three feet on the remaining three legs to full extension so the legs can swing under the main plate and secure to the mounting holes using the compatible M3 screws provided. Then lock the lock nuts and acorn nuts on the top of the main plate so everything is locked into one place and attach to the ceiling portion as stated in the manual. If you still have further questions please let us know.
