This has been a life saver and time saver. So recommended!!!

Has a great selection of ports for graphic design use, photography, etc. on my Macbook Pro. Good size, easy to throw in my bag and transport. Only downside is I have noticed it gets very hot when using the HDMI passthrough to my external monitor. Aside from that, it works well and does what I need it to do at a decent price and quality.

There are no USB ports, etc. on my wife's new MacBook Air (thanks Apple!), so we were forced to purchase this adapter. It works great and has all the additional ports needed. The problem is that it's a pain to have it dangling off the side of her laptop all of the time. I wish Apple would stop dropping ports and necessary functions from their products. That said, it's not Satechi's fault, thus the 4-star review.

I recently bought a new laptop that only had two USB-C/Thunderbolt ports. I don't like touchpads and consequently I own a special left-handed mouse that requires a USB-A port for its RF receiver. I also needed a micro SD slot for several reasons. So I did my research and chose this Satechi him. When the Satechi Multi-port Adapter arrived, I plugged the mouse's RF receiver into the USB port and plugged the Satechi's USB-C into the side of my laptop and I instantly had a working mouse. What more could I ask. A few days later, I plugged a 512 GB microSD card into the micro USB slot and successfully downloaded a couple hundred gigabytes of video to the laptop in just a few minutes. It all went very well. This little multi-port adapter doesn't take up much room, was reasonably priced, and works very well. I can highly recommend it.

Got this adapter for usage on S9 Dex experience and also for Lenovo Thinkpad X1 tablet gen 2(only has 1 usb-A and 1 usb-c that also serves as charge port). The PD pass through allows me to display out on HDMI and also still keep the device charged. I also gives me extra ports. Nothing fancy and slim for travels

Bought this for my 2019 16" Macbook Pro. Have had no trouble with this adapter but I only have to use 1 usb port and hdmi port. Never tested using all ports at the same time. It does get a bit hot but i think that has to do with my Macbook Pro since other people have noted this heating issue online.

Got this mainly for the HDMI port. Was contemplating between this or other brands and decided to go with this because I have another of the same brand but without USB C and HDMI port. Works perfectly fine and good quality.

Works amazing plenty of places to connect everything to everything and it’s slim so it’s not in the way

The quality of it was great. Was able to use it to record a podcast utilizing a USB mic and I didn’t notice any defects. I would recommend this product to a friend

This little hub is great for use with an external monitor, keyboard and mouse to turn a MacBook Pro into a desktop machine. Much easier on the eyes!

More streamlined than I expected. Fits nicely in laptop bag, and has every port needed for a college student.

Bought this to use on my window Surface since it didn't come with all these physical features. Works as needed and haven't had any issues.

Just purchased a MacBook for working from home and needed an adapter since the new laptops only come with the USB-C now. Browsed a few options and bought this one for it’s port selection, needed mainly HDMI and charging, its extra USB ports are a plus. The design matches the MacBook Air aluminum and working great for me so far!

Had to set-up a home office. This is a good quality product and has been working great so far. Doesn't connect to my HDMI, but works fine otherwise.
