Magnet works well good strength, might not last a very long time sticking to your car, make sure to wipe down the surface. You wanna stick it to with alcohol.

I have this in my truck in a small space where my phone fits perfectly. This thing is a GEM. I love Scosche products. Works as you'd expect, pivots easily, strong magnet but not too much.

I recently purchased a this car phone mount, and it The mount holds my phone securely in place, even on bumpy roads, without any wobbling or risk of slipping. Installing it was incredibly simple, and it fits snugly on both the dashboard and air vent, depending on your preference.

I can honestly say this is the best mount for a cellphone. The ones that they supposedly say clip on the air vents work well… I personally would never waste my money bec it’s common sense that a cellphone is not going to stay put unless you fabricated something or welded it in place. This mount I would definitely recommend to anyone!!

I love these mounts! I have used them in every car I own for the last several years. Securely mount to dash and adjustable to angle your device for visibility. Don't freeze or overheat your phone with the vent-clip mounts. Use these and you won't be disappointed!

This is the lightweight magnet mount with the small metal thing on the back of your phone it works great I've been using it now for 3 months think I'm going to go get me another one today

This dash mount did not adhere to either of our vehicle dashboards. The magnet is strong but removing the phone pulled the mount off the dash.

We are sorry to hear about the disappointing experience you had with your Scosche MagicMount. Do you use a protective case on your phone? If so, can you confirm if the MagicPlate was applied in between the phone and the protective case or was it placed on the outside of the protective case? Thicker phone cases or dual layered phone cases can interfere with the magnetic attraction between the MagicPlates and the magnets in the MagicMount, resulting in a weaker, less secure hold. We recommend testing the placement of the MagicPlates before adhering it to the phone or phone case. MagicPlate effectiveness can be tested by laying the MagicPlate in between the case and the phone, without exposing the adhesive on the MagicPlate. Once this step has been taken, place the phone on the mount. If the phone slides off the mount or appears to have a weak magnetic attraction, we would then recommend placing the MagicPlate on the outside of the case. We also offer a line of MagicMount Pro mobile device mounts which have 30% stronger magnets.
