Bolt in NVME gen 4 drive. It's fast, has cache, and stands toe to toe with the best drives on the market. It gets burning hot under load and will throttle under extended use. If you add a heatsink the drive this problem goes away, so that is a suggested upgrade. The included software for drive cloning is junk. Otherwise the drive itself is great. For me it was replacing an older gen 3 nvme drive that I carried from an older system, so this upgrade felt great.

This is a high quality SSD with a 5 year warranty. The 2tb model is double sided and will not fit in a compact laptop. The Pfision E18 controller runs hot. Recommend double sided cooling on motherboard. Reading speeds up to 6900 MB/sec. Purchased on sale at BB.

Great SSD. I have purchased multiple of these and they have all been perfect. Super good speeds for the value. And they deliver fast.

Bought two for RAID on MSI laptop. Very fast speed in RAID 0, and enough capacity as well so space is not a problem with 4tb

the fire cuda is a great ssd nvme. it is fast downloading and running programs. i would 100 percent recommend it

Poor quality, and high rate of failure. I ignored the online reviews with people complaining this drive fails due to a bad controller firmware. Two months in and my drive failed. Any high write activity causes the drive to dismount with the system no longer recognizing it until a few reboots. The drive has the same behaviour within a USB enclousure as well. This will happen installing games or copying large files.

These drives all failed within six weeks. Many people have the same issue where the drives work for awhile, then fail and can't be detected by the BIOS. Trying to get an RMA from Seagate is a nightmare. Avoid.
