Well over a year I'd been shopping for a mattress. I'd visited numerous stores & online sites, Costco, Ashley, Sleep Number, Purple etc. I narrowed it down to knowing I wanted: 1. Name brand that would stand behind their product 2. Hybrid since I wanted springs for stability but foam for comfort 3. Didn't want to spend over $1,000 for king size. I didn't know Best buy sold mattresses until I was on their site & this Sealy was listed on the 'deal of the day'. I was skeptical to purchase a mattress I had not even laid on & Best Buy doesn't include any introductory sleep nights. However, the mattress had good reviews, delivery was free & it was under $600. Also was a Hybrid. I've enclosed picture of the box with measurements in the event that you pick up yourself. Sealy recommended that you remove the mattress from the box and let it lay for 24 hours to puff up since it's rolled into a box. I removed it from the box downstairs to have room to lay it flat. It unrolled immediately was at full height. Now getting this king size upstairs with two of us proved to be difficult. It has no handles on the sides which I wish it did. If I did it over again, I would bring it to my room, unbox it a couple hours before bed and put it right on my bed frame. The mattress had no weird odor so it doesn't need to be aired out. The has proved to be the most comfortable mattress I've purchased. I used to wake up with bad backaches. I'm a side & back sleeper. The mattress does not move with a partner tossing around. So the memory foam does a good job with that however, it's not like some I've tried where the memory foam is hard to get out of. I'm in my mid-50s and now I wake up energized instead of waking up like I just got hit by a Mack truck. It comes with a great warranty therefore I would highly recommend. Get a good mattress cover. One that is waterproof on the bottom but cotton on the top so it breathes. When a full glass of grape juice was spilled, not a drop penetrated into the actual mattress. Again the only complaint is lack of side handles.

Let me start this review by saying that the mattress replaced with this one with is also a Sealy. It also cost me around the same amount for a queen (roughly $700). That mattress has lasted 14 years, and honestly is still very comfortable to sleep on, not lumpy in the slightest or any coil issues. But heck yeah I wanted a new one, and boy did I score big with this Hybrid! It's so comfortable to sleep on, like a cloud, with a firm foundation. I was not expecting this mattress to come compressed and rolled up in a box.. so imagine my surprise when I come home to a long rectangular box behind my porch. The box was quite heavy and not very easy to get up 6 stairs and inside the door. But I managed, all by myself. So just be aware of that if you live alone, or simply with a child too young to help you lol. Once the compression wrapping was off it plumped up very quickly. It said to give it 48 hours to fully decompress, but come on, who's going to wait that long to sleep on their new bed?! It was opened around 9:30am and not slept on until approximately 9:30pm, so 12 hours. It felt completely fine to me and was very comfy. I will say that it had a funky smell, which the instructions said will go away in about 72hrs, and to let it "air out" for that amount of time... once again, who is going to do that?! If I have a new mattress I want to sleep on it ASAP. So I dealt with the smell for a few nights and poof, it was gone. I had honestly forgotten about it before I realized it went away. Definitely not a big deal, just thought I'd mention it! This mattress it also thicker than my previous one, with the added memory foam layer on top. I was a bit worried the fitted sheet wouldn't fit, but it was just fine, no issues at all. Also important to note, I have pretty sever back and neck pain, and though I wasn't expecting much, this mattress has definitely helped! I don't know how, because I didn't change my pillow, but my neck pain is almost non-existent now, after only a week of sleeping on this mattress! My back however is a different story, I have a lower spinal curve with pretty severe lower back pain, which is at its very worst in the mornings. I have noticed a difference in the amount of pain I have when getting out of bed, and in my ability to bend forward. That's a win for me! This mattress cannot solve my back issues, but it has most definitely helped. All in all I absolutely LOVE this mattress and will recommend it to anyone, especially those with neck and back pain!

Just spent my first night on the new mattress. This was GREAT. I had to order a box spring off of Amazon which took forever (splurge for the double ones instead of the single box spring) but this mattress is a winner. It’s firm yet still pillowy soft. I feel supported, not just sinking in. 10/10 would recommend! Delivery was shipped by UPS and that went great too!
