So, I've been testing out the Segway E2 Pro scooter, and I wanted to share my thoughts. Overall, I'm really impressed! It zoomed up hills like a champ, way better than I expected for a scooter its size. The speed is perfect- it's fast enough to be fun for older kids and teens, but also practical for grown-ups like me to get around. It's been super reliable, I haven't had a single problem getting where I need to go. However, there's one big thing to keep in mind: this scooter is *heavy*. Seriously, it's a workout just carrying it around. If you've got a place to easily store it and you're pretty strong, it's not a huge deal. But if you're thinking of lugging it up and down stairs or onto public transport, you might want to think twice. It's definitely worth going to a shop and trying to lift it yourself before you buy it, just to make sure you're comfortable with the weight.

This is really an incredible scooter. I've never owned an electric scooter before and this is my first one. I'm 38 years old and I bought this solely because I wanted a toy to scoot around the neighborhood. I don't think I'll ever use this to commute to work or to go to the grocery store but dang it. It's a real good time. The swag lights make me the heart throb of all the mommies in the neighborhood. It's got a nice bell to ding at small children as you drive-by. It's a little heavy, but I don't think a lightweight is really what you want with something like this. It feels like it goes very fast. I rarely drive it in sport mode just because I like the vibe of the drive mode. The battery feels like it lasts a ridiculously long amount of time. I play on this thing often, and I feel like my legs get tired from standing before the battery dies. The handlebars feel very beefy, which I think you definitely want. The brake stops it when you want it to. Overall, I think this is a great scooter. It feels like it goes fast and lasts a long time. I would definitely buy this again.

This scooter is fantastic! It really picks up speed in Sport mode, but you can also dial it down if you’d rather take in the scenery during your ride. The lights give it a stylish touch, and the battery life has been impressive for my needs, especially since I use it for commuting from a garage parking. Overall, I haven’t encountered any issues with it at all.

At first, I thought 15.5mph max speed was silly, but I underestimated the importance of stability at speed. The E2 Pro gives you that confidence with its sturdy construction and with ESC built-in. The cruise feature is a must! And the lighting is superb at night. I paid $400 for mine at BestBuy on sale 3/30/25 and have 280 commuting miles to the bus stop. It's fun, safe, and a great value.

Bought it for my 17yo son and he loves it. He has been using it for a year now without any issues. It gets up to about 27MPH with him weighing about 160 pounds. Glad I went with this brand.

Very sturdy and good build quality. Smooth ride due to the way tires are on paved roads, not for off roads or muddy water roads. Dirt roads with solid ground is still drivable. Top speed after firmware update via app is 19mph, when the battery is around 20%, it slows down to 15-16mph. I bought this because ninebot has a good ecosystem for spare parts, if something goes wrong, those parts can be repaired rather than buying whole another electric scooter.

This is a great product for me and my wife to go out to parks and down the trails and go scooting together. We have a lot of fun and have even went to Garfield memorial to ride around the cemetery on a date night. This scooter is the perfect size for my wife. And with an average speed of 12 to 15 miles an hour, she feels safe on it. Along with good breaks and ground effects lighting

The scooter design and structure seems very well made, and with a great app interface. The app is very useful with useful settings, to mention the apple’s find my device, locking and gps tracking, and energy stats. I’m a heavy person and it handled well going uphill.
