It was definitely underwhelming after reading the reviews, I saw the product had built in subs and I thought it meant it would be an improvement over the TV speakers. It has a VERY clear sound but you still need a subwoofer and that just isn’t in the budget for this TV. I think with a subwoofer it would sound really great. Last night I was watching Apple TV and one series on there had a scene where music was coming from far to the right and it actually sounded like it was over my shoulder, but the rest of the show sounded like it was coming from the TV. I am returning it because I don’t want to spend $800 on a subwoofer
The clown I am purchased this as an upgrade to my Klipsch, upon opening the instructions were in many languages but english, so continuing to do the setup I went arc to arc and still no sound, next scan the seal for supposed wasy setup, took me to their website where it had everything about other potential purchases and other useless information, took it right back to Best Buy (had it for one hour at home) and they graciously refunded me, tho I did mention they might have better chances of selling it to one of the people on the instruction language list, guess english dont mean anything to this soundbar company

Buyer beware! eARC may not work for you if you have a Samsung QLED Neo TV with this soundbar. Contacting Samsung was a dead end as they state its not their issue. Sennheiser took two weeks to respond to my support inquiry and at the end of it did not have any answers. The soundbar would not turn on 99% of the time with the TV no matter what settings were enabled on the TV for eARC. It did work 2 times but was intermittent and even then the Samsung smart remote would not control volume up and down. Certified 8K hdmi 2.1 48Gbps cabling was used end to end on HDMI port 3 of the Samsung as designed. Returned it for a new 8k Denon receiver and works perfectly to the TV w/o changing any other settings. I expected more from Sennheiser, especially for a premium priced soundbar setup. Note - this is not a Best Buy problem or issue but product related.
