It is unfortunate that I have to write a negative review. I literally spent two weeks reviewing different earbuds. I settled on Sennheiser due to the good reviews and the noise cancellation as well as the warranty. I have had Momentum 4, for four months now. From the first week there has been disappointment. Initially the volume was lower than desired, I wrote that off to being ear buds, not over the ear headset, so I said I can handle a little less bass. Then the issue with fit. The ear buds keep slipping, have to keep pushing them back in my ears. It's no fun having the catch an ear bud sitting at the poker table. Then finally the quality of sound. I am sitting and listening or walking and listening and have my phone in my pocket and I get static or it cuts out. This is less than acceptable. I finally have enough and today, I will take them to the store to see what they can do, exchange or return. But even though I did my research, unfortunately the Sennheiser-MOMENTUM True Wireless 4 Earbuds, and much less than optimal for every day use.

As an avid music enthusiast, I was eagerly anticipating the experience promised by Sennheiser headphones. However, upon testing, I was deeply disappointed by the subpar sound quality they delivered. No matter how meticulously I tweaked the equalizer settings, the sound remained dismal. Comparing them to Bose, it's evident that Sennheiser falls short in delivering a satisfying audio experience. Bose headphones undoubtedly offer superior sound quality and clarity, making the Sennheiser headphones pale in comparison. In conclusion, Sennheiser needs to go back to the drawing board and address the glaring issues with their product. The promise of premium sound quality associated with the brand was not fulfilled, leaving me utterly dissatisfied with what can only be described as garbage in the realm of audio devices.

These headphones are completely unreliable. I bought my first set from Best Buy on 8/25/2024. I had to RMA the first set in December of 2024. The right earbud developed a crackling and popping sound, and then failed completely. Took almost a month to get my replacement set, and now nearly 8 months later the right earbud has the EXACT SAME ISSUE. I've since found that this is a massive problem with this model, and feel the need to warn others. These are junk. Avoid. Can't believe I spent so much money on this junk.

These lasted for about a year and they sounded amazing and worked great besides the charging pins being finicky at best. The left ear bud dropped dead about a month ago, and just today my right one died out as well. Do not buy

Doesn't work just got it tried them on and left earbud is dead. Like first try on theyre dead. Bought these hope reviews ive seen were wrong nope. They fit nice but cant tell you how they sound.

After 8 months the right earbud only crackles or works if I tap it. Then it stops again. For this price it should have lasted YEARS not months

Right out of the bix, both buds are defective. Charged it right away, buds do not “activate” or turn on. Tried troubleshooting and researching for an extended amount of time. Found similiar issues but generally limited to one bud. They basiclaly have no customer serice to get ahold of either. Definitelt highly dissapointes.

Avoid Sennheiser like the plague. My original Momentum True Wireless headphones (TW2) stopped working within 6 months. While I got a replacement TW3, the left side stopped working within 3 years. This is unacceptable for a $300 product. Sennheiser have washed their hands off the issue (citing product age). Compare this with BOSE products, which lasted ~10 years. I would avoid this brand.

I am extremely disappointed with these Sennheiser headphones. Despite being a German-engineered brand, the quality is shockingly poor. I’ve reached out to the manufacturer, and they advised me to reset the headphones multiple times. I even bought another pair, but the result was the same: bad sound quality and Bluetooth disconnecting every 7-15 minutes. Pure trash.
