This chair I replaced for a very old uncomfortable chair. This one is very comfortable and good support for your head and back. It has a little rocking to it and leans back. I’m short so my feet don’t reach the floor but I would not trade it for any other its worth the money

I am a big guy and this is a great fitting chair. Solid construction.

However the gas cylinder lift is to short. it doesnt go full height of my l shape corner desk which i use all the time. having to use another chair till i get a better gas cylinder lift system. kinda disappointed it didn't go all the way. now i have to spend more$ to get a better lift for height.

Chair arrived in a timely manner and intact. Pretty easy to assemble- but instructions could use a little clarification. Gave 4/5 stars because of price.

This Serta chair feels great. It was a little crooked after putting together but I will deal with it since it looks and feels great.

It’s a chair imported from China which you have to put together. After minor cursing and scarred knuckle we put it together. I am 92.4 percent positive it will hold my fat carcass. If you are pleasing plump this may be the chair for you.

Bought this chair for my home office. It is a very comfortable chair. The back support is what I needed. I bought the big and tall chair because I’m tall.

This is a very nice chair. Very comfortable, solid built, well-balanced (you won't tip backwards unless you try). There are a few very minor things that would have caused me to give it 4.75 stars if that was possible. It's advertised as "Big & Tall" but it's more for Tall then Big. The seat, while very comfortable is not as wide as I would have liked. It is however deep (for long-legged people) so I have to kind of scoot back into it. Other then that, it's a great chair worthing of the Serta reputation.

Low quality. We bought this chair during the beginning of the pandemic, once we opened the box we noticed the product was very low quality and missing some screws. I was deeply disappointed. We are not buying any additional chairs from BB anymore.

I like the chair a lot. My only issue is one arm that comes loose over time. I guess it is stripped? Otherwise it is comfortable and I like the height adjustments

Not only is this chair comfortable but carries my 320 lbs with ease.

Poor quality. Screws don’t match for the asseby. Only one position for recline. Moves up and down by an inch only. Very disappointed.

This chair was difficult to assemble and have it not look crooked. Also, it didn't raise high enough off the ground to be ergonomically correct for a standard height desk. I returned it the very next day.

The feel of the chair is very cheap for the price. I am 6'3 159 pounds and I felt like the chair was way too small for me. The top of the chair was at my shoulder blade. Didn't like that at all. I took the chair back after having it for 3 hours.

Comfortable and beautiful, but hydraulics are already failing in Nov 2019 when purchased March 2018. For a $300 chair, this is unacceptable.

While assembling, two nutplates inside the seat cushion stripped loose from wood and bolts cannot be tightened. Working with vendor now for replacement seat cushion. Chair is comfortable and seems to have pretty good construction (other than stripped nutplates).
