I purchased one of these used many years ago used for $75.00. I just re-did my home office from City Furniture and purchasing everything from them. The chair I purchased looked great and matched the set but destroyed my back. I just ordered this one online and in minutes after putting it together my back feels great. Too bad I made a $300.00 mistake before realizing I had already been using the best chair around for years without knowing it. My new furniture was white and beige so I went with the creme color.

Very comfortable I don’t have any back problems anymore like I use to it’s very relaxing!

As i work at home and I'm on the chair for about 8-9 hours daily. I have nothing but good things to say about this chair. The lower back support is so great and makes the days a lot more comfortable. Im 6'1 and 240lbs and absolutely love this chair!!

I work from home and have tried a least 3 different chairs to support my 8 hour work day. This one is the winner! So comfortable and supportive. I would recommend this chair to anyone. Best on the market.

So far this chair has been an absolute dream! It was an easy intuitive set up with wonderful directions. It’s comfortable and feels good on and for my body.

I was expecting a taller chair, I'm 6'2 and the top comes up to my shoulders, I can't even rest my neck, so make sure it's your size, I was expecting a full size executive chair for $250? It's very comfortable, but too short.

I Love my Chair!! I looked everywhere and I couldn’t pass up the look of this chair. Grey seems to be the color I wasn’t looking for and I found out It was the perfect choice. This chair is comfortable and does everything!! I wanted to rock because when I think that’s what I do. What nice leather so well put together. And easy instructions that made it a breeze. Not a great purchase, sadly. My chair was delivered on March 22, 2023. As of today, less than a year later, the seat is already cracking and one of the bolts holding the seat straight has stripped and I lean to the left whenever I sit.

Damaged. Reached out and was only offered $16 for compensation. It’s an amazing chair but customer service is a joke.

Super comfortable chair, smooth wheels, and easy to assemble. Only issue is it was damaged in delivery and I will have to haul it back and order another one.

Good quality sturdy chair. Raises and lower smoothly. I am 5’3 and I sit comfortable without swimming in it like other chairs.

This chair is great if you are in to good posture as it almost forces you into an upright position. If you like to slouch while gaming or while sitting in front of the computer for hours, you will most likely hate it. I like it because I do like sitting up straight. The materials are of good, sturdy quality and the chair looks very modern. Assembly was easy. I only gave it one star off out of respect for the slouchers. =)

nice and comfy, but not tall enough for neck, head support. Gets a bit warm the longer you sit on it. Great posture support

Its a great comfy chair with only a couple flaws. The head rest is not high enough for me and it is not meant for sitting on for very long stretch of time. Other than that its nice and comfy and offers great posture support.

It’s pretty comfortable for use all day to WFH, but it could be softer. Otherwise, no problems with it and it was pretty easy to put together.

After previously owning a Serta office chair, specifically the "Serta at Home Blissfully High Back Manager Office Chair AIR™ Technology" -- which you almost can't find it anymore -- that I bought in 2015 and lasted me until mid-2020 with at least 8 hours of use per day (working from home) as an average build guy [6'2" 190lbs]. I finally broke down to buy a new one when the back of my old chair finally gave out. This new chair, I assumed would be the same quality. It's not. It's stiff. The "air-tech" back doesn't feel great. The cushion for your bottom isn't very thick. The hydraulic lift gives out ALL the time. After a short 5 months, I am finally buying a purple chair cushion to help with the lack of comfort while sitting. This chair may be good for someone with a perfect posture that only sits for an hour or two tops. While I may recommend this to my worst enemy, I wouldn't recommend it to my family and friends. As for ANY pro's... It was fairly easy to put together. It can lean back plenty far, and it may just be light enough to throw it out of the window. :)

I absolutely love this chair. I have been experiencing lower back pain from time to time and thought it may be time to invest in a new chair for my home office. I researched healthy chairs for back pain and read a very good review about this chair online. I searched many sites and Best Buy had the best price and the chair could be picked up from the local store. The pick up at the store went smoothly and the assembly was not too hard. This chair is very comfortable and has very good back support with the lumbar technology. I am completely satisfied with my purchase and would definately recommend this chair.

Asides from being a Serta, I bought this chair chiefly because my old one made my back hurt even with a homemade lumbar pillow. Purchased this chair from Best Buy online and had it shipped to my home for FREE. After an easy assemble, I first sat in this chair and it hit me in all the right spots to support my back. It's the Cadillac of Comp Chairs, IMO. My only real complaint is the non-adjustable armrests and Best Buy only had the chair in a medium Grey, would have liked Charcoal or Black better. However it was well the Money & most likely the last Computer Chair I'll ever have to buy.

Easy to assemble. My husband completed the job in less than 20 minutes. Is very comfortable and its color goes great with the decor of the room. Perfect size.
