Great quality chair, wasn’t too hard to assemble, just wish I could recline it back a little

Broke chair in half, I am 3000 pounds but still, I don’t think it should have broken.

I received Gray Hannah II 5-pointed Star Bonded Leather Executive Chair. I was struck by it having high quality screws and metal nuts and hardware. The base has good weight to it, not flimsy. I put it together alone. Only challenge was putting last piece, (back) on. Good design makes it tight fit, but better if a second person holds it in place while screws put in. I does not smell like leather and has look and smell of vinyl up close, but not a cheesy look. (is that what 'bonded leather' is?) But I am happy because from a distance looks like a high end chair: Lots of stitching and nice detail. It is rated for 275 lbs. I am very comfortable at under 200 lbs and like the lumbar support. It also adjusts height, adjusts no tilt vs tilt (can lock upright), and adjusts tension on tilt. It is for using at a desk for long hours at computer- perfect for me. I am happy at quality and comfort for the $148 price. I would buy it again.

Home office chair. Sit in multiple hours a day. Soft, back support is good but lacking just a little for lower back. Would still recommend.

Very comfy chair. 5'11" average build and when sitting upright the chair goes to about the base of my neck. wheels roll smoothly as well

This office chair has been great! Many days I spend 8-9 hours in it working and will spend additional hours sitting on it just surfing the Internet because it's so comfortable. Putting it together was also super easy.

The chair was very easy to put together. It is comfortable and works well. I am giving it 4 stars because expected it to be a little softer for the price. Still a very good chair.

I bought this chair as a gift for my husband. He loves it. It’s super comfortable and very sturdy. My husband is 6’2” and 230+ lbs and the chair is a great improvement from his old office chair. I would definitely recomend.

Needed to upgrade our home office chair and came across while scoping out a few options. The high back, color options and overall quality of Serta is what sold me. Takes a bit of time to assemble but it’s worth it as it’s a solid chair that will last.

I absolutely love this chair. It's big and comfy and supportive. The only lacking area is lumbar support, which I don't mind since I'd rather add a pillow or support device that suits my need. Easy to assemble and looks great.

The chair is plush, moves easily with wheels and is easy to keep clean. The arm rests are very stylish. I have no problems adjusting the chair in the up and down position. This makes a great chair to sit at my desktop computer to operate it.
