Well constructed, thick chair that looks great. Purchased as a gift for my husband who has a bad back and he loves it. Definately happy with this purchase.

What a great chair! Geek Squad associates came to our home and assembled the chair. I am challenged by our cat to see who gets to sit in it.

Comfortable chair, but could be taller has some issues overall it’s good for posture and for comfort.

Softer than the old chair i had from goodwill. I put it together no problem and I’m functionally reetarded. I show it off when friends come over like I’m rich or something cuz it’s a Serta. It’s ambidextrously comfy and attractive, as chairs go. I’m glad I bought it, I think. Actually, it was kind of expensive, though. And I’ve got a lot of expectations of this chair now that I think about it. Better sleep at night (Serta...), less secretarial spread from long days in the office, higher pay when my manager sees me sitting in style cuz they’ll realize, that’s right “I’m worth it.” And dang it, I deserve it! Yeah, this chairs gonna take me places. I’m moving on up in the world. In fact, the worlds my oyster now that I bought it. Wow. This chairs nothing short of life changing.

My old office chair was basically a medieval torture device. Then the Serta arrived, and it was like sitting on a cloud... a cloud that demands good posture. Seriously, the lumbar support is strong! I spend hours on this thing as I do work and school and at this point Im married to my thone. Now I'm dangerously comfortable. Productivity is up and down (napping during Zoom, Teams is a risk). Pros: Super comfy, amazing lumbar support, adjustable to perfection. Cons: Might make you too comfortable. Overall: If you want to save your spine, maybe your sanity, get this chair. Just prepare to never want to leave your desk!

After purchasing this chair, I came across a comment mentioning its limited height adjustment. Having purchased office chairs for over 25 years, I had never encountered a chair that couldn't be raised to a comfortable working height, so I refused the delivery when FedEx first arrived. Unfortunately, the next day FedEx left the package at my front door without obtaining my acceptance. FedEx's service has declined significantly, but that's a separate issue. At 5'1", I found the chair sits unusually low. I had to purchase a booster cushion just to achieve a comfortable working position. Even then, when I lean back, my head extends above the headrest. Anyone taller would likely be unable to rest their head against the chair at all. Serta has always been my preferred brand for office chairs, but this chair, and the previous one I purchased, have been disappointing. Since I work from home, I'm stuck using this chair for the time being. The chair is attractive and was about as easy to assemble as any other office chair. However, I am very disappointed by its limited seat height adjustment and overall fit.

Very comfortable and sleek look. Fits in our game room perfectly. You can sit in this chair for a while and not get uncomfortable.

A good chair, comfortable and can sit in it for long periods of time without getting uncomfortable. Would be 5 stars if it had a better recline feature. Otherwise no complaints!

I needed a new chair after my old one began to fall apart after eight years of heavy use. I shopped around for two weeks (REALLY not wanting to change chairs) and finally decided on this one. I am so glad I did. This chair is high quality that you can feel and see. I love everything about this chair.

Use this chair at work. I work in online retail and sit for a long time. This chair support my lumbar pretty good for the ole Executive chair that usually doesnt. much better than a basic office chair that they have at my office. Thanks again!
