overall good performance, gets pretty hot thats prolly my biggest complaint but overall good pc.

NOT HAPPY WITH THE ADDITIONAL $79 FEE FOR REPLACING AN ESSPRESSO MACHINE THAT WAS COVERED UNDER OUR TOTAL TECH WARRANTY.

It's a fee to be able to use the Warranty that you already paid for. Just like any insurance, it's basically a "deductible." Personally I think it's a shame that it has to be that way, but it is what it is. I don't like to have to pay to use what I've already paid for, make no sense to be, but that's how they make money. So, beware of that
