There will be no tricks, only treats, when you join Elmo and Abby to say InchhelloInch to Halloween and all kinds of fun stories and songs! First, Elmo is excited to wear his home made Galactic Stan costume for Halloween but becomes jealous of another boy's fancy store bought costume.
