A: From what I've personally witnessed, the dlc does indeed seem to all be on the disc (very reminiscent of Tomb Raider Definitive Edition and Rise of the Tomb Raider 20th Anniversary Edition)

Now it seems like it’s unavailable even for shipment. Keep checking to see if it restocks for pickup at your local store, but that’s unlikely, and supplies will probably run out quickly again.
