A: We would like to inform you that with our units, the brush roll will not spin when in the upright position. It is a safety feature on the unit so the brush roll will not damage the floor while it is sitting in one spot.
Q: Is it easy to remove hair from the roller brush
A: Hello Osotua, It is very easy to clean the brushrolls on the Shark® DuoClean® Slim Upright Vacuum. The soft brushroll is removable to clean.
