Good product. Pros: Heats evenly. Looks fancy. Has all the options required in a microwave Installed myself, no big deal just requires a bit of research. Cons: The drawer when opening doesn’t stop smooth in the end. If you have a full cup of liquid, it will spill. Installation instruction was pretty clear except the tilt block. Either they should provide one or say what exactly is it. I eventually used a wooden block of 2x4x6.

Great looking microwave and runs quiet. Door glides open smoothly and plastic coating over buttons is sturdy/wont crack. If you're having cabinets made, I recommend buying this first so that your carpenter can take exact measurements. (Ours had to come back and cut a notch in the top of the cabinet opening to make it fit. The notch needed was for the raised housing for the flip out panel. This wasn't readily apparent from the spec sheet.)

Great microwave, love the integrated clean look and the drawer vs a swing out door. A bit pricey but worth it for remodel.

The microwave drawer looks great in my new kitchen but I miss my old traditional microwave with spinning tray. I feel this drawer does not heat my food evenly. The foot gets very hot on top but the bottom stays cool. The interior space is also short so it will not fit tall items. It’s higher in cost as well but it does the job and looks very nice.

Love this microwave. Fit perfectly in our cabinet without having to make any adjustments. Maybe 5 minute install from opening box. Very sleek.

A family member had had this microwave and we used it several times at their house so was thrilled when we remodeled and could get it for our house. We installed it ourselves and we’re pleased with the super clear instructions on the size specifications needed works great and love being able to bump it with my hip to close it while cooking. We still have to build out a drawer to go under it.

I replaced a 20-year-old KitchenAid and I’m very let down with this since I have to cook things for about twice as long and turn them to get the temperature evenly distributed. This machine is under powered and anyone that thinks otherwise has never had a proper microwave.

Delivery was quick. Product was easy to set up and install. Placed in a 30 inch microwave lower cabinet with cabinet drawer below. Had to notch out opening 1/2 inch on both sides but unit covered rough cut edges so they are not visable. Been using it for one month no problems. Like the reheat sensing option. Thaw option stops, beeps, and reminds you to rotate to evenly thaw nicely so you thaw, not cook your frozen meat.

We were delighted to get a drawer microwave for our undercounter position. Handyman created frame to fit opening. The controls pointing up is so convenient. The drawer opens and closes smoothly. I appreciate being able to just bump it closed. Heats food quickly. Has enough options. No complaints in 1st month.

This microwave is very nice and works very well. If you are looking for an under the cabinet microwave I recommend this one.

This is my first drawer microwave and it’s so cool! Lots of features and works great!

Works fine, beautiful sleek design. Does NOT sit flush in my custom built island. My cabinet company had to shim the bottom front to try and make it sit flush but it still does not! Bad design or faulty unit with bent frame! I will be contacting customer service and having them come out to fix, adjust or replace the unit! I didn’t pay $1,300 for a clean sleek flush custom look and it NOT be.

I LOVE the sleek look and it is amazing. I originally had one of those over the oven microwave/exhaust. Now I have a real fan and an excellent microwave that is out of the way. I wish I had purchased this when it was first became available.

I have wanted this microwave drawer for a while but could not find anyone to do a small job and install it. Best Buy did a great job on delivery and installation. The installers were polite and very neat. Happy with my purchase

Extremely satisfied with microwave drawer. The black stainless steel looks and feels great. I made the purchase right before the price increased which was even better. My cabinet was wider than the microwave so adjustments need to be be made other than that no issues.
