My Shokz charging cable only works part of the time. What could be the problem?
Hello- Shokz here! We're sorry to hear this has been your experience. An intermittent connection on your Shokz magnetic charger is usually caused by dirty or oxidized charging contacts, sweat/moisture on the port, or an incompatible wall adapter (fast chargers damage or reject the connection). We recommend cleaning the contacts. Sweat and debris can build up on the magnetic pins and the headphone port. Gently wipe both with a soft cloth and a cotton swab lightly dipped in rubbing alcohol.
