22 DEGREE EDGE: Double-bevel fine edge sharpened to 22 degrees per side, for extra strength on hard foods. The thin blade is lighter and less tiring to use than a heavy European-style knife.
D-SHAPED EBONY PAKKAWOOD HANDLE: Moisture-resistant resin-impregnated hardwood, comfortable for left- and right-handed users, with a full composite tang and stainless steel end cap. Handle length 5 in.
