Silo is a smart countertop vacuum storage system that keeps everyday food fresh up to five times longer. Place any Silo container on the base, press once, and a 160W pump draws a deep -75kPa vacuum through a patented airway system, removing the oxygen that causes food to spoil. A built-in scale weighs contents to 0.1 oz resolution and logs them to the Silo inventory app, which tracks what is in your fridge, pantry and freezer and alerts you before anything spoils. Alexa is built in, so you can label a container, add an item to a list or ask what is running low without touching your phone. The base folds down to a compact footprint, connects over 2.4GHz Wi-Fi and runs on standard 110V household power. Silo containers are made from baby bottle-grade Tritan, so they are BPA-free, leak-proof, dishwasher safe, microwaveable and freezer safe. This set includes the Silo base and 16 vacuum-sealing containers.
