I bought it because of the deal. It's simple mobile locked. Works with TracFone Sims. I ignored the sim that came with it and bought a TracFone year valid sim from eBay, as a backup phone. As it is brand new, I got year warranty from apple and also the free one year Apple TV for all brand new apple devices. Make sure you check the warranty on it, as you are supposed to get one year free Apple TV on it, if it is brand new. The app will automatically appear once it gets updated to iOS 13.3 which is current as of today. And opening the app prompts you for your free one year. If you don't get it, phone is not brand new. Pros Size of the phone I like the physical home button Excellent single handed use case Light weight Runs latest IOS If you stick to simple mobile unlike what I did, you can get it unlocked after an year Still relevant in 2019 Get cases cheap, I got poetic case within $8 taxes included If you are adventurous, try RSIM and use TMobile or Att etc or their multitude of MVNOs Cons Hard to get used to screen size in 2019 Missed target while Typing is possible due to the size of keyboard layout

Still a good one to have if u are getting it for less than 50$... You can use it as an iPod and you also get Apple earphones which are worth $20+

Without a doubt this is the best $60 you'll ever spend, you dont even have to activate it and you'll still be running the latest and greatest OS Apple has to offer to date, I still think it makes a great backup phone, I signed up for the $25 plan myself I still have my iPhone 11 Pro Max, its just nice and kinda cool to have two phones now

I purchased this phone for the affordable price, 1 year warranty shown in the website, new and sealed, but after open it and setting it up I realized that the warranty was expired, I even called Apple and they told me this phone was activated last year on April so I won’t even be able to get the free year of Apple TV+, I’m returning this phone tomorrow.

I prefer a iPhone that is not too big for single hand use and does not need the fastest, latest processor for high res fast games. This iPhone easily met all my requirements for size, speed and battery charge. It is priced right and exceeds my expectations for ease of use and speed for any smartphone at this price range.

Still my favorite on the market. I used to be day one adopter of all iPhones Up until the 6S+. Five months later, the iPhone SE comes out. I was blown away! The same hardware in the iPhone 6s but in the case of the iPhone 5 and 5S. Find a phone that’s better designed and you might convince me. I don’t care about bezel size, screen size, camera, etc... If I want to take a picture, it’ll do just fine. Generally I choose to live my life, not take pictures of it. Why do people upgrade their phones? Many reasons. For me, I chose holding onto an iPhone model that is four years old, with an enclosure that is eight years old because I haven’t found any iOS device that has improved enough to warrant an upgrade. Any minor improvement in hardware is superseded by the fact that I have to now carry a giant phone. After having a 6S+, i’m over big phones for good. They can pray this phone from my (Single) cold dead hand.

This is the second Simple Mobile Apple iPhone SE that I have purchased from Best Buy. The first one I bought over a year ago for my grade school-aged daughter and it is still going strong. I even have a third one (but with Total Wireless) that i bought over two years ago and it is also still perfect. I buy these specifically to use as media consumption devices, i.e. as iPods, just hooked up to Wi-Fi and not activated for phone service. Cost-wise, they are a better investment than paying $199 for an iPod of the same size and memory (32gigs); my SE's cost $99, $79, and this one I'm reviewing was only $59! The slight differences between the SE and iPod 7th gen are negligible, from my point of view--the SE is a teeny bit thicker, the SE has an A9 processor vs. the iPod 7th gen having an A10. But the SE has a better camera and a much better battery life. It is also still capable of receiving over-the-air updates from Apple, which is really good. Plus, if you wanted to use it as a phone the ability is there, of course. Simple Mobile has some decent pre-paid options for talk/text/data plans, with no contracts.

The SE is a small phone perfect for those of us who like to use a device with one hand. The SE is a powerful phone that will take the iOS 24 upgrade. Additionally, because the SE runs the current iOS, the free year of Apple TV+ is included, which basically is a value equivalent to the price of the phone.

The iPhone SE is still a great choice in 2020. Especially if you don’t want a huge iPhone. The processor is still very snappy with iOS 13 and the camera is very good. I think Apple will continue to support this phone with updates for at least 2 more years. The processor is very capable and faster than an iPhone 7. This is also a great option if you want to get your kid an iPhone without spending too much money. The iPhone SE checks a lot of boxes. A9 chip, 4K vídeo camera, Touch ID, Headphone jack, Retina display.

This is a great phone for people who want a back up phone for their more expensive one. It’s also a great first phone too! I will be mostly using this phone as a music player for while I am running (because my XS Max is way too big for that). The only problem I had with the phone is that it might be a refurbished phone, because I came with light scratches and a power button that was loss. And it says no where on the site if it is a refurbished phone or not. But for me. I don’t care because I’m only using it as a back up and music player. Overall, for $60 it’s pretty good!

Works great comes with phone charger and headphones and simply mobile SIM card activation is easy if you buy this phone you don’t need to buy anything else just set up your online account for simple mobile lots of plans *this phone is locked to simple mobile for one year so don’t buy unless you want a new provider* the phone is fast and runs the newest iOS update no complaints from me so far

super fast, can handle ios 14 and work super fast same as iphone 11. of course the screen is quite small but good for decent task or message/video calls. great phone for the awesome price. you won't get for this price anywhere else and is way better than any andorid phones that cost 200-250$ downside is career lock you have to stick with phone operator career

I bought this for $60 as kind of a backup phone. You literally cannot beat the price, even if you just buy it to hand it to your kid..... DO IT! iPod touches are $199 at the cheapest...... you could buy 3 of these for less than that. Decent specs and a familiar design are a huge plus!

The small size is perfect for my center console and playing songs in my car via the "Music" app! The "Stocks" app keeps track of my various holdings. "Siri" is always helpful and amusing! This phone uses the T-Mobile network, which is my usual service provider. And the price is unbelievably low! I highly recommend this phone.

I love the size of this phone, and I hope Apple revisits the smaller form factor soon. In the meantime, this is a great item at an amazing price. Yes, it's locked to Simple Mobile for 12 months, but after that it can be unlocked. And if you don't use the cellular part at all, you can think of it as a $60 iPod Touch!

Value for money. Holds charging well. Great sound and easy to use

Cannot beat the value. This is essentially an iPhone 6S in the body of a 5S. I love the size and style of this. I wish the next gen of the SE would stay the exact same size, but be “edge to edge” Retina display with updated internals. This size iPhone is perfect. You can easily use it with one hand and it fits nicely into a pocket or small purse. There is still a demand for smaller phones... this is the sweet spot and it’d be a real shame if they didn’t continue this size.
