I purchased this phone sanitizer last month online (since it’s not sold in-store) and it shipped within 7 days. My partner has really bad OCD and the plan was to use this daily to sanitize our phones after getting home each day. Since we would use this often, I figured spending the extra money for a high quality product wouldn’t be a bad idea. This product worked great for about a month and then out of nowhere, it stopped working. The phone sanitizer works by placing your phone through the top and then the phone begins to descend into the casing. Once it’s done sanitizing (after about 25-30 seconds) the phone slides back out for an easy grab. In my case, once we put the phone in, this product no longer takes the phone into the casing to have the phone sanitized. The case itself feels hot for some reason and we can’t figure out a way to reset it. Pros: - easy to use - looks great, very aesthetic - feels like a high quality product - great concept Cons: - has to be plugged in (wireless option would be way better) - stopped working after 30 days - phone will get stuck at times if you have a case on (without a case - works great)
