Very pleased with comfort and appearance. Easy to assemble. Shipping was delayed, but this was during holidays, and nothing to do with actual product. Missed a "five" only because I am not sure how long it will last...seems sturdy, and a HUGE upgrade from cheaper competitor chair. For the money it is perfect.

This was very easy to assemble, it's smaller so it fit well in my condo and is comfortable. If it had just a little more padding I would've given 5 stars
