I picked this up for weekend fun at the cabin. The design is nice, speakers are ok for the price but it won't really fill up the room. The monitor isn't touch screen but to navigate through songs is tedious. The unit uses MP4 format so unfortunately my collection of MP3/CDG was obsolete and I had to convert all the files. Then the biggest issue came to memory, The manual says it can take up to 32 gigs. It took about 20 minutes for it to boot up and then after playing a song it took almost as long to return to the catalog. After many attempts it worked quickly when the library was under 8 gigs. I'm sorry but for all the trouble you should skip this machine.

I like the setup of the machine but one of the microphones have stopped working and we haven't played with the machine once. Not happy right now.

This singing machine is of poor quality and one of the microphones did not work when I opened the box. I tried to return it to Best Buy and they said the vendor did not allow that and that I had to go through the vendor. I contacted the vendor and they said it was Best Buy's policy not to accept these returns. They opened up a ticket for me to begin the return process 3 days ago and I still have not heard anything back from them.
