Create sound and bass compared to apple, and Sony brand. But I have to give it 1 star because material is crap the padding is already coming off and I rarely use it.

So we know these headphones have vibrating motors that simulate a brainshaking bass, but other than that, the speakers themselves arent that high quality. when the vibrating motor is switched completely off, the real sound quality is poor. The size is also small, the the headphones will be a tight fit unless you have a small head. I will say, build quality is nice, it feels structurally good, and the materials feel durable, having a matte coating.

The product had loud bass at first, but then one day the left side of the earbud stopped working, so I ended up giving them away to a family friend.

Shopped in store instead of Amazon. Want to keep stores open and have options. Item later went on sale for $50 cheaper just 18 days later and Best Buy won't do anything. Return policy is shortest ever, can shop Amazon or Target for longer. If I had purchased 20 days later would have fallen into Christmas return policy and been fine. Horrible customer service online. Literally impossible to be able to send an email so here we are.

Headphone was not connecting to my phone and I call Best Buy they made me appointment to the store , I went to the store but they did nothing about it , I call customer service and they told my to call the product company, bad experience , this the second time Best Buy did this to me , thinking of not buying from Best Buy again

Had it two months and they quit working I’m disappointed

I gave skull candy another try and they failed again. Sound is amazing but however, the buttons got stuck and caused issues where the sound would would only work via cord.

Sorry I never receive my package from best buy, the guy from best buy, didn't do his job Right, or FedEx delivered to a different address. I'm really upset, next time you guys order something Tell them, to delivery the order in best buy store...

The previous versions were way better. This one does not even compare. I continue to superglue the arms that hold the speakers so I can keep using the one I have. Signal was terrible when the connectivity even worked. Didn't last long at all. The seal over the ear was less than mediocre.

Very heavy. Top presses on your head weirdly. No amount of positioning makes them comfortable after a 2hr movie. Bass haptic is just odd. Any bit of ambient sound is amplified. These are total opposite of noise cancelling.

Lasted 1 month and one of the ears gave out on the bass. Store said they couldn't help. Good product while it worked. Was used about 10-12 times in a month.

One of the buttons stopped working within a month of purchase, and the warranty is effectively useless--the only way to use it is to send the item back in, at customer expense, and the policy explicitly states that you won't get it back.

I love the headphones but i was lie and i dont feeling good with my self for let the salesman lie to me. now I'm having hard time for the hard pulling on my credit score

I immediately returned these headphones because the bass was so much that the headphones literally vibrated! Some may like that feature, but I definitely did not!

They sound very good but you hear the noise from the outside, so it doesn't have a noise concealer

Bass drowns out everything mids and highs. Only usable on lowest setting of bass boost.

Bass is nowhere in the good, clean, enjoyable area. If you’re into bass, I believe that the Sony XB series are way more worth it. I honestly don’t know who would of thought that these would be fun.

Amazing headphones, this has some good base. Good for traveling and relaxing

I purchased exclusively to use in the gym with my Apple Watch Ultra. I was told it would connect with my Apple products..great with the iPhone but wouldn’t connect properly with the watch. I returned it the next day sadly. Not what I expected
