This is my third pair of crusher Evo headphones by Skullcandy. My previous pair was great until they broke no fault of Skullcandy. The second pair worked fine until the volume just got low for no reason and the leather material on the ear earphones started peeling really bad. They look terrible. So I bought this pair in black. I thought these would be great. They weren’t good for a day now the volume is low And they keep disconnecting from both of my devices about every three minutes. I’ve tried them on more than one device and I get the same results I’m hoping that Best Buy will exchange these also it says I’m on firmware version 2.2 and I see no way to update but when I look down the frequently asked questions I see the updates for about 3.8. There’s just no way for me to access it. I’ve been through the app they give you no firmware update option or anything. I have searched through all the FAQs and every single form on the Internet to try to find a solution, Skullcandy customer service will not respond to an email. I’ve sent at least 20 over the past four years, their help section is lackadaisical, and I feel as if once you bought them you’re pretty much stuck. I would’ve bought Beats, but I wanted these. I’m two days away from my return window. I’ve been trying to take them back today. On my first pair, I would’ve given five stars and recommended them to everyone, on my second pair I would give four stars cause, even though I wear them once a week they shouldn’t have peeled as fast as they did. This third pair, with the connectivity issues that they have I give zero stars.

Ear muff fell off easily. Has good quality sound, but the quality of the headphones isn't good. This happened after being used for one month. Terrible product and disappointing. worse of all, can not be returned because of Bestbuy return policy.

I knew it did not have ANC, but during plane rides it amplified engine noise. Ears were in pain for days. It was quieter to have no headphones. If working out they are great. Great sound, heavy bass.

These hurt my head after a while. There are 2 bumps in the middle of the head band that press into the top of my head and hurt after a while. My son tried them too and same. They are uncomfortable, heavy (I suspect the bumps in the headband are an engineering kludge to help them not slip off when you move because they are so heavy), slow to power on and connect, and the sound quality is terrible. If I turn the bass booster slider anywhere above zero, the added bass distorts vocals. These are surprisingly bad.

good build quality, but for $200; audio is not it. There's also this popping/cracking sound every time you open your phone or select a new track. Overall not worth the 150-200 price range. had to return it

Not a whole lot of bass, a little bit on the quiet side. Sound quality is good, but they just don’t get loud enough

Headphones falls off ears easily thats mostly it for me.

These are so loose that they slide aroubd and even fall off when i bend over. I have a regular sized head. Also because they are so loose, it puts all the pressure on top of your head which starts to hurt after a while. Sound quality was good but comfort was terrible.

I really liked the look of these headphones, and based on the reviews I really thought I would love the sound. The sound quality really wasn't there for me at all, and for $200 I expected way more. I already own a pair of Sony MX3 and I LOVE them. I decided to get the Sony MX5 headphones instead, and I'm not disappointed. I got them open box for half of the original cost. You can too.

Pros: bass is good, sound is pretty clear... Cons: uncomfortable. music sounds bad on this other than the bass. bluetooth is kind of annoying and there's a delay every time a new sound starts. My cheap headset from Amazon sounds WAY better than this and is way more comfy. Why does everyone like this so much?

Sounds is good but within 30 days both ear cushions have come off and you all know that when that starts it never ends

For the price, I was ready to feel some bass. Unfortunately, nothing! The older version are slot better

It disconnects and reconnects while playing music. So I gotta forget device and reconnect. That usually helps

Best bass, LOUSY headphone material. Wears out within a month..

These were a gift so I didn’t try them on before they were purchased. They don’t fit very well on my head. When I adjust the ears to fit the top feels like it’s pushing down hard on the top of my head. So make sure you try them on your head before you purchase. When you turn them on and turn them off the voice saying on or off has a strong accent and sometimes I can’t tell if it’s saying on or off.

I purchased this for my son for Christmas. It showed that it came with the water resistant carrying bag but it came with some cheap bag. My son was not happy about that.

Could be more comfortable snug fit great sound for average users however not the best for audiophiles the bass is overkill and often times leaving a muffled low distortion mids are quite washed out highs seem very sharp

It worked great for the first month. The bass stopped working on one side. We are attempting to send it back to Skull Candy because it’s too late for Best Buy.

The headphones are amazing but if you drop them a couple times the bass starts to not work

Right Earmuff went out within a month of usage. I use it only for the gym and within the first month the right earmuff went out
