You can pair with the tile app to find your earbuds. Which was about the only good thing about these earbuds. They have poor sound quality. Couldn’t get them loud enough to block out background noise at the gym. No way to change the song. One of the buttons jammed after third use. Way too many commands to figure out. The battery life is very short. I returned these.

I’ll say a few good words about the experience. I am very familiar with all of the popular innovative brands that shaped the development process like Jawbone/Jawbra, Plantronics and Motorola. So this product would be my very first introduction to the brand. Initially I was a bit perplexed by not being confused in understanding the wide range models to choose. Looking at the price ranges of all the models I took dive into seeing what a $20 experience would be like for me. Thinking $20$ is still $20 right?! I’ve spent (lost) way more $$ on lesser junk. Now design style of the charging case that allowed it to be secured to my key ring with confidence. Apart from that small joy… That’s about it, it jumps straight off the cliff without a parachute or anything to land on. This was the worst $20 ever! Matter of fact they couldn’t pay me to take this garbage. Utterly disappointed, I bought a SoundPlay BT headset as a rare impulse purchase from Home Depot. It was on sale discount making it less than $20! I absolutely love it way more than whatever this was product was supposed to be for $20. I feel like they owe me more than money and time I spent on it. Didn’t return it I just gave it to a homeless person along with a hot pizza and a cold bottle of cola.

I don't even want to explain how many times I had to get a pair because how cheap and worthless these are, the earbuds just keep braking. One won't charge and they esaly pause and they will always contact when the case is fully closed. Will not recommend this to anyone you better off spending more on quality products than this crap.

The noise cancellation sucks and the volume is low even when I put it on high

Nothing special just basic music buds wired headphones sound better

They don't stay in my ears no matter the size of the plugs. And the most important that they drop phone calls after 1 minute.

Unfortunately these earbuds will not hold a charge.

Maybe I got a defective one but my earbuds case does not stay charged. I have to charge up the case and earbuds before every use which is annoying. I'm glad these weren't expensive earbuds but I'm still disappointed, especially since I like this brand.

The problem is that it hits the eardrums; apparently, the material the protective rubber is made of doesn't work well, unlike AirPods.

They took away the skip track function. Why was that even discussed? The whole point of wireless earbuds is to not need to have my phone nearby at all times, but taking away this basic feature completely nullifies that if I want any control over my music.

I had these earphones for one week and the left one just completely died. The sound quality is horrible. They’re cheap they made and don’t stay in your ears. I may be spoiled because I’m used to my Bose earbuds, but left them at home and picked these up to get through a trip.

Just invest a few more bucks on a decent pair of headphones, they fall out of your ears every second and if you touch them they will pause automatically.

This item is the worst thing I bought, it is better that the company that sells it, does not produce it anymore.
