I bought this computer for my brother for Christmas. Super easy setup right out of the box and great specs for the average to above average gamer. If you’re looking to get into gaming and want a little extra power this is definitely getting the best bang for your buck. Only thing that was confusing was the LEDs fans.. seems that they only stay on one specific color spectrum which isn’t a big deal only if you’re looking for a crazy color show. I have and would recommend this PC.

Great specs! I received mine in white but that’s what I was hoping for. The AIO Cooler was not what I saw either but instead it was Enermax. It mattered little to me though because I’ll upgrade it soon. The RBG were hard to control but overall it looked great, very bright and eye catching. The gameplay also looked amazing with the 3080 but it warmed up my room real quick. It didn’t come in with a mouse, keyboard, wifi antennas and a power cable. I looked at their warranty and contacted the company and their response to my email and friendly service were very pleasing. Great pc, loved the colors, phenomenal graphics and the service.

I bought this PC to save me time, and I need it for data mining (I need the 3080 rtx). Overall, the 3080 Gigabyte Vision OC (brand varies per buyer) that I received was a very nice treat! The GPU and CPU (5800X) is amazing. PC Boots fast thanks to the 1TB Gen 4 m.2 SSD. The cable management is great! PC came out of the box nicely and well packaged! If I have something negative to say, it is that they forgot to install Aorus APP Center. I received a nice motherboard (X570 Aorus Pro WIFI), and the Fans and AIO were going all crazy lol. EASY FIX. Download APP Center by Aorus. Download SIV (see photos attached), and calibrate the fans using Smart Fan5 Advanced. BUT FIRST, go into the BIOS (Press F2 at BOOT), and make sure to enable the CPU fan and the other fan header (mine was Fan6 PUMP) to PWM. Then download APP center and calibrate the fans. I uploaded temp curves below. PC runs nice and quiet and cool! If you do not do this out of the box, your fans are going to sound like a jet engine! Please do this lol.

This is my first PC after being a console gamer for 10+ years. Bought this Skytech PC for $1800 on Black Friday and it is absolutely incredible. First off, a mouse and keyboard comes included, so if you don't have all you're peripherals yet like me, it's a great inclusion l. And they're both of surprisingly good quality with braided cables and a metal backside on the keyboard. Now the PC was simple to setup initially, but be warned that it comes with WINDOWS 11. I was unaware of this, but after about an hour of troubleshooting figured out I could revert back to Windows 10 free of charge thankfully. Other than that setback, the whole setup process went smoothly and it runs SO GOOOOOD! I run Battlefield 2042 on ULTRA maxed out settings at 300+ fps and it is an incredible experience. 11/10 probably the BEST prebuilt PC on the market in terms of quality and performance. (sidenote, mouse and keyboard that are included with this purchase are both showcased in pictures below) (

came sooner than estimate by a week but was HORRIBLE, First of all it wasnt the same black and white as you see on the sales listing, Mine came pure white. That isnt what i wanted to purchase, second of all if im purchasing a $2000 computer it better be BRAND NEW. Mine came refurbished. And had a broken bluetooth. then some of the screws on tne fans were missing. The pc is extremely loud but you can quite them down, But theyll speed up and very loud every now and then when switching apps RGB software comes with signalRGB but u need to pay $5 for it, also of all the front 2 usb slot didnt work for anything other then to charge my phone.

The aesthetics are clean. The RGB is bright. The PC in general looks amazing. I got the white case. Extremely easy to set up. The only physical upgrade I made was upgrading the ram to neo trident z royal 16gbx4… 64 gb 3600 mhz because thats ryzens sweet spot. This thing crosses every game I have played. Temps are amazing cool. Awesome gaming and productivity pc

Love this pc has made gaming a much better experience though prebuilt aren’t the best way this makes up for it with its great quality for a pre built pc!

PC Arrived a day later than promised, nothing to complain about especially during holiday season. Wouldn't boot initially but it was due to the ram being unseated by the packing foam during shipping, definitely not Skytech's fault because as far as QC this thing was built with care for sure. Ended up with exactly what was pictured in the listing however they sent a much nicer matching AIO cooler which was nice. Overall extremely happy with the performance and quality of Skytech's service. I was skeptical at first but I'd recommend them for sure for someone looking for a prebuilt gaming PC. I normally build my own systems and I took a chance with this so it feels great to see they put care into their work.

I’ve had the PC for about a month now and overall it is an excellent PC for the $1799 sale price I got it for. It runs games very well, even demanding games such as cyberpunk on high graphics settings. Only two things I have done so far is 1. Upgraded the RAM to 32gb (the 16gb RAM it came with was rather crappy) and 2. Flip the fans on the top of the case to intake to create a positive pressure case instead of the negative pressure they had it set up with. The GPU in mine is a blower style which vents outside the case and could use the positive pressure, plus less dust getting sucked in. My complaints with the PC otherwise are that the RGB control is absolutely horrendous, which this seems to fall more in the lap of ASRock than Skytech but still.. it’s what they chose as a motherboard. And secondly, when I flipped the fans to maximize the airflow, I was a little disappointed at the cable management. I had twist ties on the wiring of almost every single fan, and they were not doing anything.. they weren’t helping to bundle multiple cables together, they were just kind of left hanging on individual wires in plain sight. Also you will notice with how the AIO cooler placement (hoses at the top), you can hear the water crackling / bubbling noise. At the end of the day, I’m super happy with my purchase and how this PC both looks and performs.

I would give the shipping carrier a 1 star review for not following directions, and Best Buy’s app for not updating. Despite all the issues, my problem was resolved by Best Buy which im grateful for. This PC is one of the few if not the only prebuilt that isnt a prebuilt, bummed I ran into so many issues and never even got to use it. **Tip for anyone considering this PC, have it shipped to your local Best Buy, not your house!**

PC is pretty fast I don’t think I ever ran into a performance issue ever. But only a year in and the AIO cooler started to make a really loud noise for some reason. I looked it up it said could be bubbles trapped in, and none of solutions I found worked. I was not expecting this to break down so fast for such a PC, It might require a new cooler.

Cant complain really with the rtx3080 being known for temperature issues the 9 fan system really does a good job of cooling it all and silent too! Lights are awesome only downfall is the asrock mother board wont sync to signalrgb so i can have all my accesories and ram same color but it is what it is… also only one hdmi port so i had to get display adapters but also its whatever i really love the way it looks so ill stay w it
