Nostalgic and a must for any horror collection. Great twist ending as well.

Been waiting to get the Blu-Ray version of Sleepaway Camp for quite sometime and finally got my hands on it. And I have to say, well worth it! Film is restored and has tons of extras on it. Don't wait!

An often forgotten gem of the 80's slasher/summer camp genre, Sleepaway Camp serves the standard "killer on the loose at camp" structure with some very good practical effects for its low budget, greater number of daytime kills, some taboo subject matters throughout, and a twist ending to leave you shocked and bothered that must be seen to be believed! Another superb Scream Factory release, which can be accompanied well with the two trashy, tongue-in-cheek sequels they also released (though they're both now out of print, so get ready to pay!). Excellent transfer, decent extras, and nice new cover (reversable) art. A huge upgrade from the Anchor Bay DVD set a decade back; but you have to build the set on your own. NOTE - limited edition slipcover no longer made, so don't let the image fool you there.

Cult classic with some fun kills silly lines and a infamous ending

worth seeing, summer camp massacre only this time there not sure which girl or boy for that matter is the killer.

Not a masterpiece but did great memories from my childhood when I rented this on VHS. (Yes I’m old) overall a fun movie with a surprise ending Great remaster for any fan of this movie it’s a great pick up For the collection

Such a great movie with some pretty good deaths. You can tell the budget was probably low because they don't show alot of deaths but that's not imporant the story line is good and the characters likeable. I really love this movie I had seen it forever ago on vhs so o decided to finally buy it and stop renting it. Totally recommend it and all the sequels

I had to check this out after hearing about such a twist ending. Sure enough, the ending is great. But, everything leading up to it was excellent as well. Plus, this blu-Ray has cool special features

One of my fav 80s horror movies. Great Blu Ray with a great transfer and a ton of bonus features, documentaries and trailers. Highly recommended

Hands down of the the best camp horrors ever and the reveal is the best

The DVD arrived on time and in excellent condition as predicted. The movie itself is awesome. It is scary and suspenseful, and the ending is very unexpected.

A summer camp horror film that actually has campers? Yes! This is a classic, mostly know for the shocking ending, but much more than that.
