They say the flexible vent hoses are a hazard because if they get clogged you cant see the clogg and a fire can start. Duuhhh, you cant see a clogg through metal either. If that was true they would be banned in all stores. Very difficult to use. Causes more space to be needed to attach

This piece is not semi-rigid, it is 100% stiff and rigid and brittle and broke while the certified installers tried to put it in. They actually used my old connector, instead. Total garbage, I was charged for nothing.

Useless. This was required to purchase the installation and was not used at all. Still sitting in the hall.

Was forced to pay for parts that were not installed and have not received a refund. Installer used existing ductwork.

Broke as soon as it bent in an angle. It’s very brittle!

The installer used a vent/pipe setup that had holes/gaps, even though the parts were supposed to be “new.” That’s not just sloppy—it’s a serious fire hazard. A compromised exhaust path can leak hot, lint-filled air into the room and reduce airflow, which also explains why the dryer wasn’t drying properly. I paid for installation so it would be done safely and correctly. This vent work failed both.

The installer didn't even install it, said the pipe was too short.

The installer didn’t even attempt to install it. They said it was too rigid. I had to go to Home Depot and buy one they sent it to me with that dryer and it didn’t even fit.

When back.. did not need. The kit was not bad…just not needed. Before you buy, make sure you need one.
