This hotspot works internationally because it does not require a SIM card. Most hotspots only work within the US. But the best thing about this hotspot is that you don't have to pay for a monthly subscription. You can just purchase the amount of GB you want when you need it. And the GB NEVER expire. So you keep what you pay for until you use the data. It also come with a lifetime FREE 1GB every month. The data (when you need to purchase some is inexpensive), so this device pays for itself in just a few months...compared to devices that require you to pay for a monthly subscription plan. The device is also easy to use.

We connected 5 devices at the same time without any issues — didn’t try more, but it worked well. Easy to set up, solid battery life, and great for travel. The 1GB/month free plan is limited, but good for light use. Overall, a reliable hotspot.

2 years later, traveling latin america, europe and asian countries, I can confidently claim this has been a great and stable purchase! Occasionally I’d have low internet globally, but that’s only because no local cellphone providers had good signals in those areas. Otherwise, for what this 5G modem claims to do, it delivers! I personally also like the buy once and forget policy, where I never lose the data plan i paid for

Love this for when I'm out of Town for work, I can usually get enough bars on it to stream movies/shows/youtube/social media with ease

Gets a good connection where I don't have good connectivity with my phone. Touch screen response feels slow. Over all I like it alot. a free emergency 1gb a month globally is great too. gett it soon the 1gb lifetime date is only another few more months

Great concept whilst travelling. Instead of looking for sim cards in each country or paying high prices for roaming it is a matter of turning on the device and you’re up and running for a full day. For our purpose the day passes work best.sometimes there is a memory dump error in the software, but probably an easy fix in one of the next (automatic) updates.

This little gem provides WiFi for the car, doctor visits and camping! No more handing over my cell phone!! My boys continue life as they know it on their tablets and all is good with the world!!

I love that it seeks the strongest signal regardless of carrier. I also chose the no contract pay as you go plan. There are subscription options, but pay as you go works best for me.

This is a very good hotspot. It is seems to run faster than regular cell service. It finds service everywhere that I need it. A helpful hint, make sure you turn it off when you are not using it. I left mine on and my 1gb data was gone overnight. So I had to buy more. I have not used it internationally yet, so I can't comment on that. It is a worthy device, which is why it is always sold out.

I was looking at a more portable option then tmobile home internet but even wheb connected to the T-Mobile network in the same area id pull down 2-5mbps with this vs tmobiles home internet being at 800-1000mbps down. Other networks in the area are the same with this device. I havent seen anything greater than 50mbps

A little pricey, but, portable and convenient...especially when you can't trust the public wifi. Still learning how to use it, but, so far it's worth the money...imo!

This device is excellent. I've had no issues thus far. I was concerned about the high price, but so far it has been worth every penny. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Didn't work well! Always cut off the connection. Works 8 minutes good it cuts 15!

Bought hoping to have WiFi at my camper by the lake as cell service is horrible. Not what I was expecting, service is still horrible.

I bought the SIMO Solis 5G WiFi Hotspot for travel. In my line of work, I always need to be able to get a solid signal whether that is at home (US) or abroad. Recently, I used my hotspot in Ohio where the place that I was staying didn’t have internet. I also took the hotspot to Cabo and it worked like a charm. I plan on taking this to Italy this year as well and I anticipate it working as it did for both my previous uses. I love the size of the device and the signal scan. It makes the device highly portable, and I know I am always going to get the strongest signal I can get. I also like it since it is more secure than being on public WiFi. The 1GB of free global lifetime data was also a real selling point for me. I looked at a bunch of other options and I am extremely happy with this purchase. I highly recommend it for anyone that needs a solid signal on the go.

I truly like the size, Coverage and how it’s very user friendly to access the internet on the device.

I love it, I work in tech and being online is really important and this does the job. There are some areas where it doesn't work but mostly it works.
