I bought on march 8, 2018 but after few months later chain doesn't work and very disappointed of material they used. I paid almost $30 but not worth it. funny part is on bag they mentioned 5 year warranty.HAAA!! not worth it more than 5 months

Like the title says I got this for free after buying my camera. But the camera and 2 lenses fit in along with cleaning supplies so there’s plenty of space for that but what I find annoying is the Velcro dividers which doesn’t help from my point of view.

I bought this case as a storage briefcase only. I do not travel with my laptop and I like to store it in a case in my closet when not in use. The bag has small orange beads in the lining and somehow the beads got in between my laptop screen and keyboard and left a half of a quarter hole in my new MacBook Pro. I am not happy with the case and the damage to my laptop. I am highly disappointed in this item. I am always careful with my electronics but I would have never guessed this would happen. The first time I needed AppleCare and didn't have it. :-(

Very cheap made don’t bother save your money on a real bag. The shoulder strap is very short

Within a few days of carrying, you'll have a knotted up shoulder strap. The connection to the bag is does not rotate. There are much better bags than this one.

The bag is a perfect size to fit into a backpack. The shoulder strap is great! The two compartments are very beneficial. You can put your power cord in one compartment and your computer in the other. Highly recommend this computer bag for a student.

I returned this product. Not so good with my expensive computer

The purchase was okay. I ended up returning it because my wife did not want it. The worst part was the pop-up offer during purchase that charged me $20 for a "free" $19 gift card that was never delivered. Not making any Best Buy purchases online again.

Strap does not detach. Otherwise gets the job done.

The bag is actually large enough to carry two laptops

The quality of the bag is pretty cheap and it ripped after about a month. I only used it to carry my lap top and some pens so it wasn’t overly stressed. Not the best quality of material.

Not what I was hoping for. It's thin and cheap. I guess you get what you pay for.

My screen was broken at the airport. This bag is horrible. I don't recommend it at all. Now I have to pay out of pocket for a new screen or get another laptop. First time this EVER happened to me. DO NOT BUY THIS BAG!!!!

It will suffice if you don't need to carry much. The orange lining inside is very cheap tears very easy.

Save your money no matter how inexpensive its offered to you. Spend under $30 and get a much better bag

While the case was suppose to be for a computer be for a 17.3”. The computer was slightly to large. I returned it.

Cheaply made. Plastic lining and I don't think it would protect a computer very well. Returned product.
