they sent me a monitor....through DOORDASH! best buy wouldnt accept it when i try to drop off now they wont even let me ship it through FEDEX because it passed the drop-off window, now i have to file a dispute with my card

Sounded terrible. I don't know what people are raving about. Regrettably I was way past my return period when I finally tested them. End up selling on marketplace at a substantial loss :(

Not worth the price. Got this for the reduce price of $137 and thought I was getting a good speaker for a deal but the speaker is substandard.

one of the speakers is defective (magnetic cover) vibrates with sound. The installer said I would be hearing from Best Buy about scheduling a replacement. I have not heard anything.
