For speakers that are originally priced at $599 per pair, the construction is very flimsy and on one of the speakers, the circuit board was cracked, resulting in a dead speaker. This is not what I expect from $600 speakers. I am laughing that the original price is $599, because I bought these speakers "on sale" for $150 per pair, which it is a stretch to say they are worth even that much. I just want you to know what you are buying. You are not buying $600 speakers. Why do manufacturers and retailers feel they can earn our trust when they advertise a speaker for $1,000,000.00 and its on sale for $999,850 off of the original price (sarcasm) anyway? Yes, I am sure I am saving $999,850. The speaker that did work out of the box sounds about what a $100 speaker should sound like. Not that you shouldn't buy this speaker, just know what you are getting into.

You get what you pay for. Honestly the sound is BAD. I had to return them right away. That's the good thing about them, that you can return them once you hear how muffled they sound. I hooked them to a really nice brand new Yamaha receiver on the zone 2 (so 100 S each speaker,) and unfortunately the sound disappoints. Please look for a speaker with the tweeter completely off the woofer. Like the Polk 2-way or a Bowers and Wilkins

Great product sounds amazing- waited over 30 hours for same day had to go in to get to pick up the item and wait 20-30 minutes to have them get the product the when the product arrived the box looks like it was crushed ( product was fine)

Original price was $649 Sale price was $149 close out Received speakers, hooked them up and very disappointed For $650 speakers, they were tinny and not very loud The speaker itself was enclosed in a plastic frame, not metal Would never recommend them even at $149

Programming sucks. This program does not work as instructed, also I have to be German to get information on it.

Ordered these speaker since it was on sale but realized it was a wrong item. My AV specialist told me that this is not right surround speaker for the Mag 5.1 Premium System to be added for the 7.1 setup. Had to return and order the correct surround speakers.

Does not have the same quality as other speakers at the stated regular price of these speakers. They are probably worth the sales price amount but, certainly not their stated regular price. Very misleading. Thought I was getting a great bargain. You get what you pay for.

RMS listed incorrectly. Only listed peak RMS when I bought it. RMS is relatively low and it’s not for a true sound enthusiast but rather the more contemporary minded casual listener. Overpriced.

less than 1 month after purchase and before I had these installed the priced dropped ... I clicked to see if if price match was available and site said no so I returned them unused unopened

Bought on a super sale, was not impressed. Compared with Yamaha in ceiling speakers and Yamaha blew them out of the water.

Would not recommend these ceiling speakers. Look elsewhere.

Not what I expected. If original price is true these are garbage. But for $150 they do work.

I've installed multiple sets of these in multiple home since they are cheap and the BBY salespeople aren't able to demo and sell better speakers. If you think you are getting $600 a pair speakers for $150 you are sadly mistaken. All the glowing reviews are people hearing what they want to hear because they are too cheap to buy better speakers. (Consumer Reports effect) They are lacking any sort of bass considering they are 6.5" drivers, the highs are muddy and the sound is uninspiring. I've connected them to Yamaha receivers, Marantz receivers, Pioneer elite receivers and one SONOS CONNECT: AMP. There is a reason they aren't typically hooked up in the Magnolia Studios. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE GO INTO THE STORE AND LISTEN TO SPEAKERS BEFORE BUYING THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE A GOOD DEAL. Your ears will thank you.
