OUR NEW SOUNDBAR IS VERY NICE BUT MORE COMPLEX THAN ANOTHER WE HAVE. I COULD USE MORE HELP WITH DIRECTIONS. ADDITIONAL TIPS ON USAGE WAS OFFERED BY BRANDON IF I CONTACTED HIM THRU GEEKS. THE INSTALLATION BY BRANDON WAS EXCELLENT. JONATHAN WAS HIS ASSISTANT. WOULD YOU GIVE ME HELP IN CONTACTING BRANDON. THANK YOU.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts about your new Sonance soundbar. I'm confident you are going to enjoy your soundbar for years to come. I would recommend you contact the salesperson at the Best Buy store where you made your purchase. I'm sure they have a record of who completed your installation and could get you in contact with that installation team. In the event you made your purchase online, you can call the Best Buy support center at 1-888-237-8289.
