I ordered this Sonos Arc listed as “Excellent condition,” but it arrived with significant cosmetic issues. It was unboxed, had visible dirt and adhesive residue from a sticker applied directly to the unit, and was even missing a letter from the brand logo. This was far from what I’d expect for an item in “Excellent” shape, especially at this price point. The pickup process at the store was disorganized. It took several employees a long time to process the order due to missing packaging and serial number info, which left little opportunity to properly inspect the product before leaving. After getting it home, I tried to resolve the condition concerns through the appropriate support channels, but communication stalled, and I wasn’t able to get clear next steps. I appreciate that open box items can vary, but this listing felt misrepresented, and the lack of follow-up left me stuck with a product that did not meet expectations. I’ve had good experiences with open box before, but unfortunately, this one has made me much more cautious moving forward.

Don't let Best Buy mail you anything important because they will mail it in the Product Box and not a Shipping Box and you will end up returning damaged items. Drove back to the store again and returned immediately and I'll find somewhere else to shop. Horrible experience and huge waste of my time. Folks at the counter could not have cared less.
Worst soundbar I’ve ever owned. Disconnects every day. There’s updates daily that you are forced to do or they won’t connect to anything. Overall a terrible product. Wish I could get my money back and just buy a basic set that will stay connected !! DO NOT RECOMMEND. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

The sonos arc is not an upgrade from the original arc in the slightest for movies. It sounds hollow, weak and underpowered compared to the original arc since it is trying to do too much. You shouldn't be stretching your soundbar so thin for surround sound performance that you massively compromise front sound stage performance and immersiveness. It is a clear downgrade from the arc in this regard making movies feel like there is something missing. There are some scenes that sound decent but I wouldnt call it better by any means. Honestly imo it's a waste of money unless you really hate rumbling immersive audio. Returned after trying it out for 1 week.

I purchased this unit after returning a Beam Gen 2 because of issues. Unfortunately, the Arc Ultra suffers from the same major issues: 1. Very frustrating setup with many false starts and do-overs. 2. Random, uncommanded volume jumps during play. I’m talking LARGE volume jumps. So I returned the Arc Ultra. It’s a shame because the sound quality is so good. If Sonos corrects the aforementioned problems I’d consider one of their products in the future, but not now.

When it worked, sound was awesome. App on iPhone was unstable at best. One minute we would be watching a movie and all was great, few minutes later and the surrounds would drop off and next to impossible to reconnect. Spent an hour on the phone with a BestBuy tech with no resolution. While returning, two other customers were returning their Sonos purchases for the same reasons. If the app issue was resolved, they would be great.

Got this sound bar along with the rear speakers and sub worked great and sounded great for the first two weeks but after that it was non stop problems with the system disconnecting having to reboot everyday to get it to work and hour long tech support calls with sonos. I ended up returning the system and got the Bose sound system which has been working great.

This was the worst experience I had ever had with Best Buy and my decades long history of being a customer. I ordered the product on November 22nd, and they were a no show no call on delivery and install day on December 5th. I have been calling their home services team multiple times each week since trying to simply get my predicts (arc ultra and subwoofer) and they continue to say I will get a call back once they figure out their system and I never get a call. Multiple weeks late, I still don’t have the products I’ve paid for. Even after asking to simply change to a store pick-up, they cannot even do that. Seems like the local store handle this order has not done something on their end. All I can say is this is a complete failure on the operations team at Best Buy and they should be embarrassed. I have no other recourse then to submit these terrible review (nothing to do with the arc ultra as I have this in another home and absolutely love it!)c but this is all because I continue to call on and get told they are elevating the issue and will call back. AND THEY NEVER DO. A failure in all respects. I even have their former CFO as my neighbor and he couldn’t believe this is still going on. Unacceptable.

Honestly not impressed with the ARC Ultra with Sub 4, crazy volume rages watching a movie, so queit to where you cant hear anything and next second it is blasting. This happens on all movies or just normal tv. My 10 year old Bose sounds better than this did and yes my TV supports Atmos.

Sonos customer service is awful. They’ve been telling me they’ll replace my Arc Ultra because one of the speakers busted within the first month and they still haven’t done it after I’ve followed up with them 4 times. I’m now past the return period with Best Buy. It’s not worth the money.

Incomplete, inferior, defective, instructions. They spend most of the time bragging all it can do, very little how to make it work. I tried a few times to connect it to my phone and never connected.
I wanted to love this because it looked so good, unfortunately it was way overpriced and it underperformed.
