It came with one of the sides punched in like that. Went to the store to find out my options. The customer service representative spent 30 mins to chit-chat before attending to me. And after looking at it all she said that oh this is definitely damaged and your only option is to get a refund, then stood like a statue. What about the inconvenience that this thing caused me? I was so excited to get this soundbar and at the end of the day all I got was unprofessional behavior from Best Buy. So much for GEEK SQUAD CERTIFIED tag. It's a shame that I can't opt for 0 star here. Thank you for ruining my weekend.

Bought refurbished but still works when compared to the new version I bought a while back. Cosmetic defects on the back but who's going to look behind it?

This really made a huge difference in sound quality. I liked buying it for a bit cheaper as refurbished and frankly it looks teriffic and I got it sooner than if I'd both a new one.

A little larger than I anticipated but it works great. I love being able to control my tv from my phone. I’m all about convenience and get it with Sonos.
