A: No, the TV is 60 Hz.

A: I can't tell what you mean by "converter". Do you really mean "tuner"? OTA signals have been digital for some time now, and this set has both ATSC and ClearQAM tuners, so any sort of converter would be irrelevant. Only old, analog TVs require "digital converters".
