Got these for my iPhone since it said it was compatible. Maybe I got a faulty pair but it keep randomly pausing and stoping my playback. Was not usable. Good thing I got it insured with Best Buy. Went the same day to exchange them for Sony - Step-Up EX Series Earbud Headphones - Black. Those actually worked and sounded a bit better.

These do not work with iPhone 6. The remote buttons are unresponsive and Siri continuously asks how she could help (though the home button was never pressed). The sound was okay for the price, but I recommend one only use them for older devices.

I have a few sets of sony ear buds. The more pricey sets are fantastic. This set failed after about a year. The left ear bud stopped working. Spend a little more and get a better pair.

These headphones stopped working on one side, i returned them two weeks later under the geek squad protection plan, got a new pair. 3 weeks after that, i returned that pair for the same issue! i got a full refund and the geek squad refund, and I will NEVER buy these again. I am grateful i bought them at BEST BUY because other stores may have given me problems returning them, but i do not wear them for vigorous activity, i sit at my computer and learn language. If you like spending gas money, buy a pair!

Sony tech support suggested I exchange it as they couldn't explain why the sound volume diminished. I took it to the closest store, got a new one, but the same problem. Also even with 3 sizes it doesn't fit in my ear. Maybe that's the problem. I tried my wife's apple iPhone ear buds, and they work fine and fit much better and give more volume. My phone is Samsung Galaxy Note 4

Bought this pair due to the low price, but the left side ear bud stopped working after about 2 weeks of normal use. Had thrown away receipt so couldn't get a refund. Recently purchased Yurbuds instead. So far much happier.

After Less than three months old and intermittent use, one earbud has already quit working. Disappointed in Sony for this and it should have lasted much longer than that. My teenager has a phillips brand that is similar style and features and cost $5 less and has lasted longer with heavy use.

he's actually not a fan of sticking the buds in the ear. He's got sensitive ears and the buds are uncomfortable. He drives all day, so I thought these would be perfect for him to be able to answer the phone with and talk through the microphone, but he just doesn't like the "in the ear" feel. Returned.

I am a bit hard on earbuds, but I was surprised that these stopped working properly after only a couple of weeks. The sound was okay, but not great, and they weren't that comfortable. The price was low, but so what - now I've added to the growing pile of gadget waste we're generating!

I've always used Sony headphones because I've found them to have the best sound quality. These were an incredible disappointment. The sound was very tinny, the microphone could not pick up my voice even at loud volume. I had bought two pair, and the unopened pair went back right away.

I ended up buying these headphones as a last resort. Straight out of the package and only one headphone was working. I had to wiggle the cord for it to work. Dont waste your money. Spend the extra $30 and get the sony extra bass in ear headphones. Way better quality.

My husband purchased a set of there ear buds in November. We paid for the warranty and I am glad we did. Since November, he has had to replace them three times. That is just over a month per set. Do not buy these headphones. You will be happier with a different pair.

My son had to replace these 3 times in a matter of months. Every single time after only a few months they would only play out of one ear. The reason he replaces them is because they are replaced at no charge. When we do buy a new pair it will not be this brand.

I bought these headphones during thanksgiving sale and wanted to use for my sony portable dvd player which I occasionally use. Just recently noticed after few times using that the ear phones aren't working properly. I tried plugging it in different devices and on all devices it gives out very low volume even when I turn up volume on device. Strange thing I noticed is that when I keep the mic button pressed, then the sound comes out fine but we have to keep it holding. Overall I would say its a bad experience or got a broken piece.

These lower priced Sony headphones can be great or terrible when ot comes to quality. Worked great, until the day after the return period was over. Now I have to get in touch with Sony Support for a warranty claim. Almost not worth the hassle.

Sounded ok at 1st, but within a week, left ear bud stopped working. What good is a headset that you can't hear out of both ears- especially with dub step or other surround music that requires both sides to function. Lame.

One speaker quit after 4 days. The button on them feels really crummy and is hard to push. Total garbage. Monoprice has way better headphones for 5 bucks... Best Buy proves yet again that they are not the best buy.

Should have known not to get them when the cashier asked if I wanted to pay extra for a warrantee because earphones go out. Maybe 5 uses later my left headphone went out. And these were recommended to me by an employee.

pretty basic headphones, you absolutely get what you pay for. you can hear every little sound the chord makes when it moves as you walk - really distracting. Not even worth it as a pair of replacement headphones
