Device broke after a month. The sound was decent. I would definitely try something different.

Hair rolled on itself Don't buy this piece of junk. Couldn’t believe they were a Sony product and so overpriced. Flimsy and cheap looking. Disappointment.

Using to listen to music, it works good. Using the microphone was not a good experience for the person listening to you talk. Everyone I talked to using the microphone heard an eco when they spoke. If you are only using to listen to audio/music, it's a good product.

I was looking for a pair of earbuds with a mic, a distinctive color (curb the chances of someone mistaking these for theirs at work because we all have that coworker....) And a good enough sound for casual listening at an affordable price. These IMO are overpriced fashion earbuds. I've had cheaper Sony headphones, even fashion headphones at that with better performance and sound quality. Sometimes I'm in a mood to hear a song really loud, drowning out my background. No, I wasn't expecting noice canceling headphones. At their loudest these still seem kinda mute. I'm always left feeling that I need to turn my phone up, when I try the volume is usually already at its limit. I don't think I've tried these on any device outside of my phone but I should. I haven't really explored the button features. My usage is pretty basic: music/calls and controlling things from my headset. I caught these on sale, I believe for half off. These headphones aren't worth $30 or the $15 sale I got them for. Wouldn't recommend these to anyone looking for a nice quality afforded headphones. Even during phone conversations I've had trouble hearing people because they sound low, even with the volume at it's highest
This review is from Sony - EX155AP EX Series Wired In-Ear Headphones - Red

These Sony-EX155AP wired in-ear headphones are just OK. High notes and low notes are good, but everything else in the middle is poor and mushy at times. Glad they were on sale. I would have taken them back if I paid full price for these sub-par headphones. I had another Sony pair before these and they were AWESOME, but I can't find a number on them to try and buy another pair!

I gave it two starts because the earbuds kept falling out my ears, im pretty sure I dont have the right earshape lol but for what its worth. When I did get it to fit, the sound quality was not too shabby. I returned the product by the way

I purchased other Sony In-Ear headphones a few months back. (Sony MDR-XB50AP) They are easily the best I've used. The EX155AP EX Series... not impressed. I would recommend the aforementioned headphones over these. The sound quality is far better - Sony MDR-XB50AP ✓ Excellent.

Hi alpha, thank you for taking the time to share your experience with both headphones. We'll make our testings as well for further improvements and if changes are needed. Bought these for backup to a wireless headset for my laptop. They worked for 3 days, then the microphone would not register on the laptop. Best Buy sales associate said that the wired device would work with a laptop (mine is Windows10, but it did not work with that one or my wife's Mac.)

These are not what I expected form Sony. They sound like listening to an old AM transistor radio. Sound never quite clear, always with some static. Like blown out speakers. They will do okay for emergency backups, but not good for day to day use. I tried all the sizes of ear tips. No improvement. For the price they are just okay.

The quality of the sound is ok, my main issues id disconnect my phome calls 75 percent of the time with out me touching it. Also, callers have express that it picks up all background sounds. Not sure if how accurate this is, but thats what I been told. Only use it for music in public .

Sound was great, and I was clearly heard through the microphone. Sound in the right side died after 4 months, despite taking very good card of the earbuds (kept in a pouch when not in use, etc.)

Pretty thin wires. I realize that I had some of these before and the wires break easily. Will not use wireless because rhere is already too much frequency pollution bashung inti and through our heads
Not that good very low volume so happy I don’t need them anymore..

The wires are not long enough to reach from my computer tower sitting on the floor to my ears sitting up at my desk. I do not have a microphone on my computer and purchased these earbuds and microphone to do zoom meetings. This purchase was not what I expected. I expected wires long enough to reach from the back of my computer sitting on the floor to my ears while sitting up at my desk. Very disappointing.

Purchased these for my son because I like the Sony brand. Did not realize that the ear pieces are not one complete piece and I have to keep these in a plastic bag so that we do not lose all the parts. Ended up being too much work and worry for me to keep all the parts together.

I've gone through 4 pairs of these and they are honestly an endless money pit. You think you are getting value but you are ending up paying way too much in the long run. Just save up your money and buy something of higher quality.

Purchased two different sets. Slight difference in sound but not exciting!
