how long will the speaker play and stay charged before i have to charged it
Hello Anthony418, Built-in battery life (using a BLUETOOTH connection) about 16 hours with volume level of the speaker is set to 26 and about 5 hours with volume level of the speaker is set to maximum (31). Charging completes in about 4 hours and 30 minutes and the CHARGE indicator turns off. Will this work with an hp laptop and for a person not too tech?

Hello Dangerous, Yes, as long as the speaker is connected to an AC outlet by a USB AC adaptor (commercially available, with an output current of 500 mA or more) or to a computer that comes equipped with a USB charging port, the speaker's built-in battery is capable of charging itself even while music playback from the speaker is in progress. However, it may take a long time before charging completes depending on the usage of the speaker. We highly recommend that you turn off the speaker before battery charging. Regards, David
