THE BREAKDOWN: These Sony INZONE H3 headphones are pretty comfortable, and I love the earcups. They are lightweight but have solid feel to them. The top band/crown is made of a plastic and soft faux leather material. The earcups were very comfortable and I love the fact they have the sport material instead of the normal faux leather material because the faux leather normally flakes off. I don’t see this being an issue with these earcups. The cord was a thin rubber wire that is very cheap feeling, and they do not detach from the headphones themselves. Two reasons why I don’t personally like this feature, one: if you get it caught on anything it will pull the headphones off your head, two: if the cord goes bad you have to replace the whole headphones. There is a bump on the earcup with the mic that has the volume wheel. I do like it as it is easy to find. The headphones themselves are comfortable but did squeeze my head in the beginning. I wore them for long periods of gaming and music listening. I normally have issues at the top of head hurting after hours of use but with these they felt the same after 5 hours as they did after one. I did not have any sweat forming at the earcups which is a huge plus. The foam in the earcups assisted in the comfort. The sound quality was just okay for these headphones with the 40mm drivers. I think the sound was kind of bland with the mids taking over the details with the 3.5mm connection. When using the USB dongle this software allows users to make your own sound profiles that saves right to the dongle then you can take it and plug it in to the PlayStation or XBOX. I was able to adjust the detail a little better with the USB dongle. Overall, for the sound I felt like the best experience was with the 3.5mm connection. The mic worked great for me. I personally like flip to mute mics. The communication while using the 3.5mm cable was excellent and clear. The communication with the USB sounded a little on lower side compared to the 3.5mm. PRO’s: -Great material for the earcup -USB Dongle that saves profiles -Flip up to mute mic CON’s: -Thin 3.5mm cord -Audio cord doesn’t detach -Sound was very bland SUMMARY: Overall, this product worked as intended, and I would recommend this to a friend if they are in the market for device like this.

Headphones have great sound but for some reason, the boom mic wouldn’t mute when I would put it up when playing COD on the PS5, I had to mute it from the controller. I even got a second pair thinking it was a factory defect but I still was having the same issue with the second pair, so I just end up returning them as well. I contacted Sony for a solution, they only gave the website on how to set it up with PS5 controller and still didn’t solve the problem. They are confortable, chat is clear, again sound was amazing, just couldn’t get it to mute when putting the boom mic up.

The sound is much better, its comfortable. The only draw back is that when you connect it to the ps5 it sounds a bit muffled vs when you connect it directly to the controller. The problem with this is it comes out of the imput alot or losses sound.

Headset sounds good and lasted quite awhile just finally broke. The mic quit working and when trying to figure out why the mic itself broke off. I got about 2000 hours of use out of it. Over all happy but wish it would have lasted longer.

These headphones are great . I do have one complaint , the part that rest on the top of your head is covered with black pleather and it comes off

ok sound quality, but usb function does not work with ps5 (must be used with controller) and needs noise cancelation badly.

When connecting to a PS5, we have to connect the headset to a headphone terminal on a PS5 controller.
