It looks good but heavy to put on. You can’t use it more than 30 mins. Your head will start ache. Also can’t hear your voice which is negative. Had to return it. But the sound quality and mic is really good.

Microphone sounds very muffled. Not impressed at all. I would buy the pulse 3D headset instead.

Hi Christian, We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with your MDRG300 Inzone H3 Gaming headset. We'd love to help and troubleshoot the issue and make this a better experience for you. In the meantime, please try these steps to troubleshoot and isolate the microphone.
1. If there is an electric light line, fluorescent light, mobile phone, etc. near the headset, keep them away from the headset.
2. When using a video calling application, sound quality may drop depending on the condition of the communication line.
3. Lower the microphone input level of the connected device such as computer and PS5™.

Not good for ps5 who can be that a 20 dollar earbuds Sound better than this 100 headsets the good thing is this are one of the most comfortable gaming headsets

Volume is too low. It doesn't cancel ambient noise either. I'd like to return this item, but I discarded the packaging.

Try restarting the device where the headset is connected. Make sure to adjust the volume of the headset and the connected device. Turn up the volume if it is too low. If you are connecting a computer, make sure that the audio output setting of the computer is set for the USB audio box. Also, check that the 4-pole mini plug of the headset is securely inserted into the mini jack on the USB audio box. Please note that within the INZONE Hub, there are various controls for the Equalizer settings to meet your needs.
